The macaroni and cheese is watery. Not just one time, but Everytime we go now. The chicken spaghetti is watery, the dressing is DRY, please do better. The desserts are good, catfish is good, ribs are good.
Our last two times eating there the service was horrible. Both times we had the same waitress. We had to ask others not working out table for assistance or to even get our drinks after we had been already eating for awhile. Finally a wonderful waitress we stopped to ask helped us out more than once then checked on us ever extra chance she got. We now know we can request a waitress so we will choose her or anyone other than the one we had the last two times. Food was decent and...
On 5/11/24, My husband took me out tħo eat for Mother’s Day. Mack’s was very busy when we arrived, but we were promptly seated. Our waitress Christy was basically at our table introducing herself as our waitress and asking what our drink order. We thought that with as many people that were there our food would take a while, but our food arrived in a timely manner. The food arrived HOT and most of all DELICIOUS!!!!! My husband and I have ate a lot of seafood in our life....
