The cashier knowing charged me for 2 yummy sauce and did Not placed my sauce inside my bags I purchased 2 I could see if they were packed but it was only me One customer and I was charged $2 for something I didn’t receive I’m highly pissed it was bad enough I had to walk back over to ask for utensils 😡I spent $28 at this place and the food wasn’t all that either

We took our students on a field trip and stopped by the food court to eat. Me and some of the students settled for PEI WEI Asian. After sitting down to eat, I picked up some orange chicken on my fork and a long piece of hair was wrapped around my orange chicken. Took the plate back and they fixed me another plate. Guess what? Hair was in that orange chicken as well. When I took my plate back the second time and asked for some of my money back (I didn’t ask for the entire $18 back because I did eat the fried rice, half of the egg roll, and drank my tea), the guy had the nerve to try to tell me that the hair in the food was mines. Even though the hair was cooked in the breading and my hair was a totally different color and shorter than that strand of hair. He said the hair wasn’t his because his hair is cut short, but I didn’t see any of the workers in the back with hair nets on. I settled for a refund of $8 and left. I will never eat there again.

This place is a joke. Over cooked and old food being served. I was charged extra for shrimp fried rice but I didn't even get that. They said since I got firecracker shrimp the extra fee applied. So it's not an entre?? Wtf.

Having a nasty ass attitude and rolling your eyes at customers for your own mistakes isn’t exactly good for business, it’s your job to take the customers order, not get little attitudes when you mishear the customer MULTIPLE TIMES. 😘😘♥️

This location is is in the mall, and to be very honest, it's low quality mall food. It's basically bad example of a panda express, worst idea paiwei, has had.

I ran in and picked up a plate to -go, with an egg roll around 4pm. When I got to the car, I ate the egg roll, which was good. However, the smell from my plate was atrocious. The broccoli was apparently bad. Just plain nasty. I took one bite of the rice and closed it up. I Took it back in and got my money back but paid for egg roll. Not a good experience. The young lady was kind and said it had been sitting out for a while. It was no where near the quality that Mandarin Express always provided. I Won’t be back. I don’t recommend Pei Wei. Instead, Go to BestWok down the street, for fresh Chinese food.
