This restaurant is usually very good but tonight I had a couple people came up to or came close to the takeout window and then even bother to open the window door. I sat in the drive through for about 6 to 7 minutes. It was cracked a little bit and I tried getting an attendance attention but I was ignored.

Waited 30 minutes on a call-in order. There was nobody to check people in at the "called ahead station". Had to wait in a very long line just to get checked in before they even started the order. Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long on an order that was called in ahead of time. The other location in town has consistently great service. It's a serious problem with this particular location. Needless to say, I will never return to this location. If you must have McAllister, go to the downtown location. Avoid this one at all costs.

Had a little doctor's appointment, so we stopped by afterwards for lunch. They were pretty busy, lined up to the door but it moved fairly quickly. Wife ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and tea, she ate half of it. I had a plain spud with just cheese and sour cream and the lemonade. First time with the lemonade, not overly impressed, but I normally just drink water anyway. Potato seemed like it had been abandoned for a while. It wasn't exactly what I would call hot. The cheese that was suppose to be melted on top was already dried out and stiff. I've had better from McAllister's.

Place was dead, Saturday night. Took a long time to get the food and the sandwich was thrown together (to give them credit, there was a lot of meat). Tons of servers but I guess only one cook. Place just didn't give off a friendly vibe.

I found a hair in my sandwich! When I told the server, she just shrugged and said "ok. I'm sorry that happened to you" and kept it moving. That's disgusting!

Ordered ultimate nachos that I doordashed. I got chips, a few pieces of shredded cheese & jalopenos. Took it store. Young manager couldn't handle confrontation. Wouldn't listen & walked away! I normally love this place but I WILL NOT BE GIVING ANY MORE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS FACILITY. JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. DO BETTER.

Ordered a pepperjack turkey sandwich. I'm not even sure what this is. Just terrible , does someone not check the orders?
My club was mushy bread, no center piece, just thrown together. It was nasty! Not too happy. The girls in there were totally just rude. I get working hard but don't look at your customers as if they are the reason you're world is crashing!! Not happy with the service nor the food.
