Overall, I will always go back to McAlister’s. However, part of the service was lacking this day. The lady taking orders got both of our orders wrong- I assume because she had an earbud in her ear and couldn’t quite make out exactly what we said so just put in something close. Ex. I ordered a Memphian on croissant but received a Reuben on croissant…I don’t eat Reuben’s. Oh, and they do not have tomato soup even though it’s listed on their website AND on this review it asks if I recommend the tomato soup. The lady that brought us our food was exceptional as she apologised for the error and corrected our order to the best of her ability. Once I received my correct order, the food was delicious as usual. I highly recommend the Memphian on a croissant- add Tabasco, salt & pepper once you get it. Perfection!
Parking: Small parking lot so if it’s busy you may have trouble finding a place. Though it doesn’t seem to be as busy as it used to be a while back.

I always go to this one because it’s right by my job. I have always loved it. But this is my 3rd time coming into this facility and they have gotten my order incorrect. This time I am flabbergasted. On today I placed an online order. I PAID for an extra side of cheese dip I did not get that. What I got was a BIGGER cup of cheese dip and chilli combined. I did not ask for that. When I brought it to the girls attention she said we combined it and put it in a bigger cup. Then proceeded to tap me on my shoulder as if she had done a good deed. ALSO I ASKED FOR EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD AND I DID NOT RECEIVE IT! This is not the same place I have always loved and since this is the third time that it has been done I will not be going back!! Ppl come here for lunch and a service please get back to the old days and PROVIDE IT!

Usually love this place, but today was a bad experience. My boyfriend went to get our pick up order, and all of the employees were outside petting a dog and distracted. When he got home, we noticed we were missing a side of fruit. He went back. When he came home, we opened the rest of our order and noticed we were missing our pickles, and the au jus for his sandwich. It’s on us for not checking the entire order, but frustrating that more than one thing was missing from the order.
