Overall, I will always go back to McAlister’s. However, part of the service was lacking this day. The lady taking orders got both of our orders wrong- I assume because she had an earbud in her ear and couldn’t quite make out exactly what we said so just put in something close. Ex. I ordered a Memphian on croissant but received a Reuben on croissant…I don’t eat Reuben’s. Oh, and they do not have tomato soup even though it’s listed on their website AND on this review...

Still always get my favorite: SpudMax....it's large enough for leftovers the next day. Staff are friendly, food was delicious as Always. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere because a few tables were not cleaned and cleared; however, it was about 2:30pm when we dined. Aesthetically not what you wish to see upon arrival; nevertheless somewhat understandable. Always a Good meal at McAlister. Timeless, good food!
