The manager (I assume), Michelle, should be mindful of the customer service that she displays to customers as well as her tone and volume when speaking with employees. She was very rude, never made eye contact, yelled about me asking for a correction with the receipt and incorrect item in hand but never acknowledged me directly. Luckily, the young man at the register, Joseph, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful despite her refusal to take accountability as well as her negative demeanor towards him. If it were not for his politeness, my family would have left with a horrible taste for this particular McDonald’s location. Even my children were upset and offended by her display and they absolutely love going to McDonald’s.

This review really isn't about the food. It's typical McDonald's food. It's about the service. I have a back injury and I'm in severe pain while on the way to a pain management consultation. The employee who gave me my order inside offered to carry it for me since I'm using crutches. The McDonald's delivery truck driver got the door for me. Good customer service this morning. Thank you.

Ordered a DOUBLE bacon with cheese combo MEAL, got a single. Ordered 2 other combo meals and ONLY received 1 fry. I was charged for everything I ordered but did not receive the correct order. My family and friends won’t be back to this one.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and I waited for 30 minutes! There were lots of people waiting and quite upset with how long they were taking to get food out. I’ve never experienced this at a McDonalds before. They had tons of workers but no food was coming out for some reason.

Ordered inside for takeout. No Hot Chocolate. Ordered hot cakes, egg McMuffin and hash brown. Didn't check the order when I received it. Got home and surprise! No hash browns, and no Canadian bacon or cheese on the egg McMuffin. SAD!!!

Went through the drive thru, felt rushed by the girl on headset. Then when I finally got my food, there were no condiments, the pancakes were soggy, the eggs were disheveled.. the lady who gave me my order at the second window was nice though

This has become possibly the worst location there is. The service is awful. The manager here Hailey is rude and will throw the food on the counter and walk off and then proceed to ignore customers when they are missing items. They cancel mobile orders so they won't have to fulfill them before the breakfast rush is over and the food is never fresh!

Management is horrible. Employees stand around more than anything. Food is always squished, incorrect, or cold. Last time I ordered on the app, spent a reasonable time in the drive thru to be redirected to a parking spot for 30 minutes. Found all kinds of food missing, burgers were smashed and falling out of the wrappers and into the bag. The woman that brought up the food admitted the bag tore and to food fell (which means it got dropped). I go inside to spend another 10 minutes until someone acknowledges me. Then another 15 minutes waiting on the food that was still made wrong. The manager apologized about the wait and states the back is “super busy”. Which was a lie, I stood there 25 minutes watching people cut up, lean on counters, and ignore customers. I worked here 20 years ago and seeing it from then to now is just a shame. No work ethic, no structure of management, and no one cares. This place would be better off shut down.

This place needs new management, someone to clean, people to serve the food. This place is very slow inside and drive thru. They do not clean the kids' play area. I will not take my grandkids there again. The people in the back are always tessellation at each other. Toxic work environment. I will bit easy there again.

Last 5 times I've gone and gotten a frappe they no longer fill the cups properly they only fill it 3/4 of the way even the whip cream is under the rim of the cup but the prices keep rising.
