I said my mother to get some breakfast plates three to be exact so given biscuits they gave double hashbrowns did not notify anybody went to leave notice the Ronny two meals instead of three she went back. The young gentleman brought a bag out with forks. She thought everything was good. She got home. There was nothing in the container at this restaurant has gone down a lot. A couple of weeks ago I went to the drive-through to pay for my food hand the gentleman $20 had to wait 25 minutes to 30 minutes to get the money changed because he did not know how to do the register.

Worker with the cleft lip don’t know her name it’s irrelevant. Doesn’t know the rules and threw her hand up at my face like she was going to do something. I did nothing out of my way. In the app you get free spices and she tried to charge me and i politely told her i don’t want the sauce but that every Mcdonalds honors the app that way and she throws her hand up and turns around and starts talking about me to her staff. Should be fired immediately.

Ordering in the dining room was not a priority to staff as they have a heavy drive through business. Cashier was poorly trained as he had to keep having his manager help him, slowing the point of sale even further. Food was ready in reasonable time and dining room appeared clean.

Used to be a decent McDonald’s but the last several visits my order has either been wrong or the grossest thing I’ve ever seen come out of a McDonald’s. Terrible customer service in these parts. Expect only an ever “I’m sorry we’ll do better next time”

9:30 on a Saturday morning...yes it was fairly busy... however, after we paid, they pulled us to the side to park.... To wait for our food.... We had already spent 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru... But we sat parked for another 15 minutes waiting for our food.... Then our food was cold when we got it... Very disappointed....they had plenty of people working for things to run smoothly... while we was at the window waiting (before they sent us to park) there was at least 6 employees standing by the window doing absolutely nothing! Do better McDonald's ?

McDonalds is McDonalds. I am not a fan of lunch nor dinner. I became very disappointed when McDonald no longer sold salads and chicken wraps. There is nothing healthy being served.Dietary restrictions: There is not nothing on their lunch menu that a person with health problems or diseases can order.
I came here on Tuesday 1-16-24 and the girl in the back drive thru window was all smiles, it took her a moment to give me my card back. Mind you this was the only play I went to and passed my card to someone. Later that night, early the next morning someone tried to shop on Aliexpress and the University store with my card. Fraud Alert let me know and my card was shut down.... I feel that it's messed up that a person can't trust no one with their cards.Parking: I won't be coming here again. So none of that even mayters.
