I ordered four fish fillets I had to pull over the runner my order to the wrong car I watched them remove the food from the bag and open it. They were taking it back but the runner wanted me to accept the food that's not how it work got some more sandwiches got home they are totally wrong took them back the manager was going to add tarter sauce to now what is cold food they had to make them over got home I had enough tarter sauce to do 4 more sandwiches they do not know how to handle food she put the bag that I returned on the place where they bag the food there are a lot of what ifs here that could make others very sick hope they can get it together and trust me that job is not for everyone

I have to give credit where credit is due. I stopped in for a quick snack and was waiting there for about 10 minutes on my order. I saw when I pulled in that they were busy so I wanted to give a little Grace. I watched them fulfilled ticket after ticket with speed and efficiency that I admired, but I looked at my ticket, continued to stay there as other tickets came and went. It seemed like mine had fallen through the cracks. When I brought it to the management attention they apologized and push their team to get my order out quickly, as well as added a little something extra for the inconvenience. Despite the little extra weight, I have to say this has been my best experiencing at McDonald’s and I admired how they recognized their mistakes and made up for it. No one is perfect, but this team showed that they are willing to give the service to make up for it.

This might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped into. I ordered ONE ice cream cone and ONE large fry and somehow waited over 30 minutes. And the wild part? There were about 10 employees just standing around—talking, laughing, looking busy but doing absolutely nothing.
It was literally just me in the lobby. No line. No rush. No reason for my food to take half an hour except pure laziness or zero management. I watched my order sit there while employees walked past it like it didn’t exist.
By the time I finally got it, the fries were cold, the ice cream was half melted, and honestly my patience was gone. If I could give zero stars, I would. This location needs serious help.

10/20/25. I stopped there on my way to work. I ordered 4 sausage egg mcmuffins,& 4 hash browns. I was pulled up & had to wait about 5-7 mins not bad. The employee came out,& refused to bring my food just stood on the curb staring at me. Then I get all the way to work. To realize they gave me the completely wrong order. So I had to tell my co worker I was sorry,& i gave her money back of course. I called 5 times, from when I found the order wrong until about 1pm. It rang,& rang for minutes. Noone would answer the phone. I haven't been able to talk to anyone about this. This is literally @ least the 2nd time they have done this. The employees attitudes are absolutely awful. I've never felt so on edge in an establishment as I do the mcdonalds on broadway. Just absolutely awful.

I had order a fish meal with a medium fries and sprite food was nasty and the bread wasn't grill . Even the fries didn't have salt on them
All was good. Ate a big Mac again in along time. Did the survey and will get another one FREE! 😃 Looking forward to eating there again! Telling It Like it IS 👍 TerryB 🦼

The building has a door by the drive through that needs adjustment. It slams into your heels and bangs loudly. Also , homeless people loiter there a lot and come inside to use bathrooms leaving a mess because the housekeeping is slow. The management does have compassion and let them get free drinks but sometimes they panhandle the regular customers.

The McDonald’s on Broadway Drive is one of the more consistent locations in Hattiesburg, and it’s usually my go-to when I need something quick. The staff is generally friendly, and the service through the drive-thru is fairly fast, even during busy breakfast or lunch rush hours. The restaurant inside is kept reasonably clean with plenty of seating, and I appreciate that they usually have the self-service kiosks working, which makes ordering easier. The food is what you expect from McDonald’s—reliable, hot, and made the same every time. I also like that they keep the drink machines clean and stocked, which isn’t the case everywhere. On rare occasions, orders have been missing an item or two, but the team has always corrected it quickly without issue. Overall, this location delivers on convenience and consistency, which is exactly what I look for when stopping at McDonald’s. If you’re in the area and want fast food done right, this spot gets the job done.

Sometimes they are good but the orders are wrong more than right. You can give specific orders and when you get your food it’s totally different like the person in the back can’t read. I’ve had this happen twice in one day.
