the service is really nice at this location but this is the second time ive gotten a mostly pink patty here. usually i dont mind a med/med rare burger but McDonalds isnt exactly the quality of place i would want a pink burger from. i got this to-go and obviously didnt know it was pink at the time of pickup or i would have taken it back inside to request a remake

It was my first day doordashing and when I arrived at the restaurant it was a 30-minute wait only to be given the wrong order and told that they could not find a ticket for the right order I want to sign that delivery and it affected my rating

Took my precious 2 year old into McDonald’s to eat for the first time (we usually do drive thru) and I regretted it immediately! We had to ask for an employee to take our order, not a single clean table ( I cleaned ours with a baby wipe), trash was stacked on top of the can, and there was literally 6+ dead flies in the window sills plus lots of dust and whatever else had accumulated there. Couldn’t even let my son touch anything other than the table bc it was so nasty. Do better.

I paid $12.06 for the 2 Sausage Burrito Meal, Large Orange Juice, and Sausage & Egg McMuffin. All I got was a small orange juice and two breakfast burritos.
Always check your bag and ignore eye-rolls from the staff or people in cars behind you.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this is just annoying. Every time I order extra ketchup or anything I never get it. As long as I get some I’m just like well whatever, but it’s gotten to the point where they straight up just don’t wanna put any on the sandwich? It’s not like they just miss it because it’s in a large order either. I order a single sandwich every time and they still fail to put anything but a patty on it. Lazy.

Old fries put in my order, asked for fresh fries and was told it would be a couple of minutes. I was fine with that although the lady (assuming manager of some type) seemed very annoyed by me not wanting old cold fries. 30 seconds later "new" fries are put in the bag. I left, and after eating some I'm fairly certain that the fries were just warmed up and not actually fresh fries. Good thing we don't live locally, I wouldn't go back.
Stale bun cold fries. My big Mac taste like it had been sitting there all day. I had to throw it away.

I never leave reviews because I have never had a bad enough experience to feel it is necessary. However, I am very disappointed in the service on my most recent trip. I went in the drive through and ordered chicken nuggets and a medium fry. They asked what sauce I wanted and I told them sweet and sour. I have always gotten two sauces when I get nuggets and fries. However, when I got my food there was none in the bag. That didn’t really bother me as I understand mistakes can happen. I very nicely asked for a couple sauces and the girl at the window (wish I could remember her name) rolled her eyes. The girl behind her did as well and what shocked me the most was that she threw the sauce at the window. We finally got one and when I still kindly asked for one more the girl rolled her eyes and said that I would have to pay for it. I was very frustrated as I have never had to pay for what I normally already get with my meal. I have never experienced such bad customer service before or been treated witch such disrespect! I was already having a stressful day and that situation made it even worse. It’s not about the sauce and I would have paid the extra if they had treated me with respect. I feel silly writing this but the level of disrespect is what caused me to feel like I should leave a review. I’m writing this in hopes they will work on training their employees on how to provide good customer service.

I normally do drivethrough but this mcdonalds never misses. The inside isnt great but the food from the drive through is always fresh and hot. The staff is also so friendly and fast

Waited in the car line, then I was asked to pull over, and they would bring food out. 15 minutes later, they brought food out but did not bring my large tea, so I waited another 5 minutes. I finally had to go get my tea. Fries were cold.
