Absolutely horrible drive thru management. I order ahead of time and still get told to pull forward, and several cars go around me. I get fries and a burger. No reason it should take 35 minutes to get fast food.

They are very slow! Don’t suggest going when they open because they will let you sit by the menu and not take your order. I sat for minutes waiting for my order to be taken and the lady at the window just sat there. I went somewhere else

I went through and got 3 6 piece nuggets and an unsweetened tea on my lunch break. Made it back to work to find out all 3 only had 5 in them, one of those boxes had a long hair in it, my tea was a sweet tea, and only one of the three sauces. Messing up every single part in that way couldn’t have been an accident but deliberate. I had to use the rest of my lunch break to drive back and try to get it corrected.

It is amazing that we have this many McDonald’s locations in this city, and they are all completely unreliable. Today, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for breakfast. Which maybe I wouldn’t be so annoyed about if I’d received a single item that I actually ordered. Who doesn’t love wasting time AND money?
