Went inside to order. There were two registers and no cashiers working them. There were four people working the window, the fries and getting the orders together. I stood there for about a minute and a half before one of them turned to me and said I'll be with you when I can. I stood there for about another 5 minutes watching them get the orders out the window. An employee entered the door beside me and told me good afternoon. Walked past me into the back where the others were working. Finally, one of the workers that had been packaging the meals came and took my order which was a french fry and a drink. I had wanted a vanilla shake but she told me that their shake machine was broken. She told me it was odd that it was broken because it was never broken but today it was broken. She then went back and packaged at least five other meals for the window. Having my drink and french fries sitting in front of her the entire time. After those meals had been delivered out the window. She then brought me my order and told me to have a good day. This was a terrible experience as a customer.

I had to repeat my order several times. Double cheesburger, sm ff, large caramel coffee and a large sweet tea. I used a code from the app. When I got to the first window I kept waiting and no one came to the window I pulled to the second window and she opened the window and threw my bag in the car. Didn't even give me time to stick my hand out and grab it. She then gave me my coffee and there was a hole in the cup and only half way full. She took the coffee back poured it in another cup with her fingers inside the cup and handed it back with caramel running down the side of the cup. I looked at her and said are you serious. She rolled her eyes and handed me napkins after it had already dropped on my clothes. Then she gave me the tea I ordered and it was only about half full. She said oh you forgot to pay and I said no yall forgot to get the money and I'm glad yall did because I'm not paying for this mess. She said you got to pay. I drove off because that was horrible service and nasty food and made a mess all over me. After I left I was thinking I should have asked to speak to a manager instead of just leaving so I called several times and no one answered. This is ridiculous, everything gets higher and people gets ruder. A lot of people don't like there jobs but damn if you have a job be grateful and do your best and I'm sorry but a stray, wild animal could do better than that.

Ham on McMuffin was as thin as deli slice. Coffee was watered down as well as fountain drink. Friendly cashier but didn’t offer anycreamer for coffee or butter for pancakes & biscuit. Place was clean but empty. Now I know why.

Arrived at McDonald’s on Hwy 49 in Hattiesburg and upon returning home realized my food was ice cold & not fitting to eat. Order was incorrect and I was unsuccessful in reaching someone at the store on the phone to discuss my concerns.

ordered an iced caramel macchiato!! the girl taking my order then asked if i wanted it cold??? like it’s iced… when i payed she didn’t show any customer service just swiped the card then shut the window without talking to me and when i got my coffee it was in a hot beverage cup and had NO ICE it tasted like old coffee not sweet at all and there was foam at the top??!? it was so nasty! 10/10 do not recommend going to this establishment!! i’ve had many of this same drink and this one is by far the worst i’ve had!

This location needs to be shut down! Went through the drive-thru at 10:35am and they pulled 6 cars! NOT 1, NOT 2 but SIX!!!! Took forever, so I went inside to either get my food or a refund. You could tell the staff didn't care since there was no apparent sense of urgency. Got my food and drove off. Down the road we discovered several fake eyelashes in our box of chicken nuggets! This entire store staff needs to be fired and this location closed. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD FROM A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! Do better Williams family!!!!!!

I just want my money back. I get being understaffed. But it’s almost closing time I’ve waiting in line for 35 mins now after waiting in line 20 mins for my food just 2 get the wrong order and not b able 2 get my mf money back
