Morning crew is great, quick, and very sweet. Seems like after 12pm it gets worse throughout the day. Used the second drive through lane one time and I sat there just waiting. Everyone else got their order through the other lane. Half of the staff is also very rude. Currently, there are 9 cars waiting on their food in parked spots. I’ve seen people frustrated and leave their cars to go inside to get their food. I’ve seen two people just leave without their food because they’re tired of waiting. I’m sure this is due to a staffing issue, but this has been an issue for months.

Usual over priced,shrink-flation serving size. I got a #9, A 2-cheeseburger combo. Basically looked like a kids meal size burgers. Had to pull into a parking bay, 6 minutes later got cold burgers, cold fries and an order of over cooked chicken nuggets. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Ordered 2 happy meals double cheeseburger and hot and spicy chicken.took 25 minutes to relieve the food and I was the only order in the restaurant

Terrible service, can’t get an order right. Took far too long to get my food, ~30 minute wait at 8PM and the only car in the drive through. Employees were rude on the intercom while taking my order and I will not be returning.

The food is been nice & hot the last few times that I been, so they getting much better with that but the kids are still too unprofessional with the foul language in front of customers and socializing in the lobby while customers wait for food or orders to be taken and some of those I seen waiting were first responders who do not get much time to eat so they do not have the luxury of waiting on people to play around while they wait for their food they want a chance to eat hot. The managers are nice people though and the employees are decent people they just need stricter guidance and tough love which is OK at a work place especially for younger employees who tend to be immature

Food taste old and not fresh. Food particles under table. Bathroom dirty and smell like urine. Service slow. Also, out of the 5 monopoly food items only received 2 monopoly pieces out of 5. Rip-off.

60 ➕️people early in the morning theses folks was very professional and own their job definitely KUDOS Manger could be paid higher to train others store to step up and serve their store. Only thing needed was more bathroom 🚻
