Omg both of the drive thru windows. Both young ladies had a stank attitude. Now I was always told if you don't like what you do then find something else. Don't know if I came on the wrong day, but remember ladies it's the customers that keep your doors open. Maybe next time I'll have an better experience.

Dirty lobby, slowest drive through in the city. Went inside so I wouldn’t be in a drive through for half an hour. Thankfully there are self service kiosks (even if it was out of receipt paper) because nobody would’ve taken my order otherwise. Employees let my completed order sit for 5 minutes before someone realized there were people in the lobby staring at them. Order was incorrect but it’s not worth the headache of dealing with them again. And of course the ice cream machine is down

This McDonald is so slow. Took over 20 minutes to place an order. Floors are so slippery you need to be careful walking inside especially when it is raining outside. This McDonald is not even close to being a fast food establishment. Roughly 10 people waiting to order. I would not recommend people ordering from this place.

Did a mobile order and when I pulled up to drive thru, only received a partial order. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the young girl at the windows began arguing with me, saying that was all I ordered. I showed her the order on my phone, and still she insisted all I ordered was in the bag. Had to park and talk with manager. After the manager gave me my corrected order, you could hear that same girl loudly arguing with the manager.

Usually is great with service but today it was really bad. They must have been short handed.
Possibly the most incompetent location I have been. Don’t get me wrong I have low expectations when going to a fast food location however when the order is only two of the same breakfast sandwhich (that somehow took 15 minutes to make) and you manage to only get one of the sandwiches correct (sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin) you are even special by McDonalds standards.

Most unstructured mc Donald’s in Hattiesburg. Has the most liabilities people here. Can’t take a simple order. Refused to give me corporate number.
