there bundt cakes are really good and moist, but they don’t have any forks or napkins. so they’re expecting us to eat with our hands… but they don’t have any napkins? and the girl that checked us out didn’t have too good of customer service. she didn’t smile at all and was very awkward, and unhelpful when my friend was having problems with her app.

I purchased a confetti bundtlet for my son to use in his first birthday pictures on 1/31. I also purchased a red velvet as well. I told the ladies at the counter why I was purchasing the confetti one and I also purchased a candle. I did not check my cakes because I've purchased them before and they are always presentable and good. Well of all days the one time I wanted my cake to look nice it was just ugly. Even our photographer agreed as she goes to this business as well. This cake should not have been in the case in my opinion and I wish a better looking cake was given to me for my son's birthday! I was so disappointed in the appearance. The red velvet was fine, but it wasn't the cake I wanted to use.

First time trying nothing Bundt cake, I got the red velvet cake and their bundlette size which cost around six dollars and some change after tax. The cake is very good, the frosting was good, pretty sweet, but the main show was the cake itself. I love the consistency and flavor. I would come back.

Cakes were good and service was good up until the end. We ordered over 75 dollars worth of cakes while on a trip to New Orleans from Tennessee - when we asked for silverware to eat with we were informed that we would have to purchase a set of forks and plates and such, they couldn’t do individual forks. If we had known they didn’t have to flexibility to be reasonable and hadn’t already paid for the items I would’ve told them to keep their cakes. To put in perspective how silly it is they couldn’t just give us 9 forks the Mexican ice cream place next door gladly just gave us spoons even though we weren’t even customers when we offered to buy them from them they wouldn’t take any money so we gave them a large tip in appreciation

My mom and I decided to check Nothing Bundt Cakes out because a friend of hers recommended it. We were immediately greeted as we walked through the door. We purchased 4 and got the 5th free with the purchase of a cute little cooler bag. I must say.. this bundt cake is amazing! It is definitely the type of dessert I will buy again, and again! Perfect sized single portion, and I can taste the cream cheese in the frosting. I loved it!
