I came down from Columbia MO to visit my family for mother's day and my daughter, Kristin, took me here to get my nails done. it was on a Saturday and many people were in with their moms getting nails done so there was quite a wait but it was totally worth it! They are all polite, NO ONE speaks another language in your presence (or about you like other salons), they are clean, professional, and they are all about customer service. When you tell them to fix something you don't like, they fix it happily without getting defensive because in the end if the day, if you don't like it, you'll go somewhere else next time. friendly staff + donut holes + community coffee = eff KK. if you're the type that thinks most glazed nuts are too glazed, this is the place for you. their donuts are lightly glazed to perfection. very nice mom and pop owners. they will forever get my business in hattiesburg.
