Bidenomics at work, lousy food, lousy service, unclean restaurant, small, cold portions because energy prices too high to heat, inflation has caused the chickens to shrink in.portion size. Global warming must of caused my steak to be like eating mule meat, burnt, crispy and tough. Must be better options in this town.

We went to O'Charleys in Hattiesburg. Server was nice . But they were slow . Was there over an hour had gotten nothing but rolls and drinks. Table came in after us and had manager bring their food out. When we asked him how they got their food before us and had just gotten there. He got a attitude. Let me go get your food. Offered us a 25% discount. Food was cold and steaks were burnt. We left will never go back. No need to wait over an hour when they had maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurant. Even the hostess said that

Beloved Reflections
Husband and I came here for dessert tonight. We both got the blackberry cobbler with ice cream and I ordered coffee to go with mine. The coffee was cold and the cobbler was disgusting. It, too, was barely warm. In addition, the crust was flavorless, the filling was thick and jelly-like, and it had an odd flavor. We each took maybe 3 bites and left the rest. Likely will not be back.

I have had better food at a gas station! Soup was cold, asked to heat it up manager bought it back so over cooked it was disgusting after she put it in a microwave. When I told the server she said" I don't blame you, I wouldn't eat here either. " I paid the bill and will never be back!

The host was very nice but talked about the problem with management. The manager was on the floor working. But was also always on their cell phone. It was 80 degrees in the building(we could see the thermostat from the table). When we asked about the air, the host said it works sometimes. Our server greeted us by saying "drinks?", followed with "rolls?" She forgot our potato soup. We had to ask for a drink refill. It was NOT busy. Our server had 2 tables and was struggling. Maybe get food to go.

A once loved restaurant has turned to a nightmare. First, the food was nice..until it wasn’t. A cockroach crawled next to me and into my food, and another right next to my sister as we payed for our food. I tell the server, and nothing happens for 10 minutes. So we leave, and now I’m leaving this review. This has not been something I have EVER experienced. OCHarley’s you have disappointed for the last time, THIS IS DISGUSTING!

This was less than a 1- star experience! I can't believe how awful it was. I prefer to leave good reviews, but there was NOTHING good about this visit. It should have been a giant clue when we arrived and the hostess was visibly sweating! She had sweat running down her face. It was so hot! Is there no A/C? We were seated at a sticky table. The service was mediocre but then the "food" arrived. My caesar salad was warm but the soup was not. The honey chicken was ok but I've had better. Then I went to the restroom. O MY WORD. I have never seen a restaurant bathroom in that condition. 3 stalls and no joke- the 1st one had a door that was falling off the hinges. The second one had no toilet paper and the 3rd stall had a toilet with a seat that was crooked and the toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall! How does a restaurant bathroom get that bad!? My mom said her shoes were sticking to the floor. I didn't notice that, but eww. We will NOT be returning there or maybe any O'Charleys in the future. So sad. They used to be great.
