I ordered the beef and mixed vegetables online. They forgot the rice. No big deal went back and got it. Started eating and the beef was uncooked. Took it back, they said they would remake it. The beef was STILL uncooked and rubbery. Almost worst than before. I imagine there will be a lot of sick people tomorrow. Will not be back.

They didn't give us all of our food. Period. We ordered quite a bit of food..and was even supposed to receive a free combo due to the amount. They gave us the free combo but left out one of our original combos requested. When I spoke to the manager about it, she admitted that there were only 3 combos in the bag when I picked it up. There were supposed to be 4. The owner would not give us our combo that was missing and wanted us to bring all of the food back to the restaurant so we could prove that we didn't have it. ???????? She stated that we received our original combos ordered and was missing the free item. Incorrect. There was no sense in arguing with a manager that was having to argue with the owner. Completely disappointed in the situation as the food is always good.

Service terrible if you trying to get food delivered. Panda uses a 3rd party company best to pick it up yourself. Overcharge on delivery fee and also charge convenience fee. I had to pickup my own food was not delivered.

If you're looking for pretty authentic Chinese food, Panda is the place for you! They do offer several truly American dishes, which lends to their understanding of local culture as well.I always love how fast, friendly, and usually on point their service is. Been dining here for many years now. There have only been a small handful of times we had troubles, and Panda went above and beyond to make it right. If something not quite right happens to you, it's important to remember that everyone has a bad day sometimes.
Dietary restrictions: I had a medical condition that limited my diet for a while, and this was one of the few places I could still eat out!

They are very consistent with their food quantities and taste. Orders are made fresh and served hot. They have a great deal on seafood including crawfish. I always get two meals out of their serving portions... So they get two thumbs up!The employees are super nice and do a great job producing westernized Chinese food. Two thumbs up! Always get extra egg rolls they are great!
