First time ordering online. Pull up to the window to retrieve my order. Someone is looking at me but not coming to the window. I toot the horn, same results. I then knocked on the window. A guy, that wants to be a girl, slung the window open and I told him I ordered online. He said “you’re supposed to stop at the speaker then pull up”. I told him well ok the directions didn’t say that. He told me “Well drive back around, stop at the speaker and then pull up!” and slammed the window. I got out and knocked on the window again. A young lady opened it and I asked her where the rude guy was bc at this point, I just wanted my $25 back. She asked what was my name and went and got my food. I asked her what was that guy’s name and she said Alex. He was a black guy with a light complexion and chubby. I told her I cut the guy’s hair that works at the Laurel store and that we always brag about the service for Hattiesburg but not today. He was very rude!! Rolling his eyes and walking off. Don’t come to a job if u don’t want to be there. And I didn’t get none of the sauces with my food that I asked for online. The napkins, fortune cookies and utensils either.

Once the sun goes down, the food is gross, esp the chicken. Better off going to the usm location if you can.

I had an issue with Uber eats and a delivery driver , the driver tampered with my food and got her a little snack and a few free items , but uber is doing an internal investigation and I called the store and spoke with Tamia and she is the manger at this store location. She was wonderful and super excited to help with my issue. She needs a raise and a free shirt or get manager of the month or something , because half of the restaurants and managers in Hattiesburg aren't this friendly , excited to help , resourceful.

Seriously. How do you not have rice at 6:30pm on a Thursday? Then kids portion served for a two entree Plate. This Panda experience is my worst ever. Go somewhere else.

Every time I go during lunch they never have anything and they don't care about fixing more they just say we don't have it and lunch time they should have enough because it's lunch time i was there a woman placed a online they didn't even have anything she wanted and didn't try to fix more to fix her order today 11-5-25 at lunch I asked for fried chicken breast for lunch they didn't have it they was standing up there eating Popeyes chicken they don't care about refurbished food they just say we don't have it my understand you don't supposed to let the line run out it's sad they so unprofessional corporate needs to know

They somehow dont understand that the lunch rush happens at lunch time everyday and frequently have not prepared basic things like white rice.
Do not go unless you have an extra 20 minutes to stand around waiting once you've ordered.

Out of fortune cookies and no offers to replace it. Really, Panda and no fortune cookies. Bathrooms, dining room, drink station in dire need of cleaning. Employees definetly could use some training in common courtesy, after all it is a service industry.

The Reviewer

So in Hattiesburg, MS drove past the USM Location to get back to this location. The last time I went there, service was great. But I was disappointed today, order amount $30.00. I ordered a large Beijing beef received a small, ordered a medium noodle received a large and how about they weren’t done. Ordered mixed greens, hot majority broccoli so I just stopped eating it. Oh yes, the veggie rolls were hard and soggy if you can image that. I will not ever go back. Can’t wait to leave town, my dinner was ruined. Thanks @pandaexpress @fyp~viral. @notgoodfood

I only wish it could be negative STARS. When is it okay to perform maintenance over food that you don't even cover up. Then play in your face over said food. I WILL NOT RETURN !
