We stopped here for lunch. Since seeing the current ads, I was dying to try the Asiago bagel. When we got there, we were inticed to get the winter squash soup. It was fantastic. A little sweet and very tasty.

If I could give zero stars, I would! With the exception of the nice lady who greeted me, what a disaster! My caesar salad was nothing but huge inedible pieces and wilted lettuce. Not enough dressing was given and the baguette was literally thrown in my to go bag, not even wrapped! Horrible!
Misrepresentated the size of their sandwich and even after admitting that the sandwiches are smaller than we were told, refused to compensate because “corporate” would not allow it. Anyone who has ever managed a business, especially a restaurant, knows that is a lie.
This was my first visit here and will be my last. I’m sure corporate would rather lose all return business in favor of a compensatory blueberry muffin in exchange for their misleading sales pitch.
Weak manager. The new cashier, who I don’t blame for this, was pleasant and polite, but due to her lack of training the manager said it was my problem that he wouldn’t work to make things right.
The guy that looks like Pete Davidson burned all our coffee 😑

Paid 10.76 for this embarassment of a breakfast sandwich and a small ice tea. Their menu shows actual bacon. Not whatever this is. I could get a whole plate of food at waffle house for what this cost.

Who knew you could run a Panera with only two employees. You can’t! Constantly disappointed when I come here! Service is horrible. Food is mediocre. Grilled cheese bread not toasted cheese not melted. Just one example…
Waited close to 10 minutes in the drive thru to get a "hot" caramel latte that was ice cold and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich that literally had 2 pieces of soggy minced up bacon. Just terrible and my order was almost $13. Will not be back.
I know multiple employees here who have been sick, even vomiting in food areas and they will not let these people leave without getting a doctor's note. People just STAY and keep working because they don't get paid enough or have insurance to go to the doctor. So THATS who is handling your food. And management will berate them for trying to leave when visibly ill in food handling areas. It's disgusting and unsanitary and I won't be eating here anymore.

Picked up a couple uncooked bagels this morning. I also asked for them to be sliced and toasted, they were raw, and so much for the cinnamon crunch on the top. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Didn’t see this until I made it all the way home.

I have only ever been to a Panera one other time and wasn’t really keen on it but decided to try again! I ordered Mac and cheese as a side, not only did it take 30 minutes to get my food. The Mac and cheese was ice cold. Literally ice cold. I brought it back to see if they could heat it up or get me a fresh one and they told me there was a microwave in the front. A microwave to heat up the food I just waited 30 minutes for and was $20. I just think that’s quite ridiculous and food shouldn’t be ice cold. It’s a service industry, I will never pay for a meal that’s $20 then be told to heat up my own Mac and cheese after it just was handed to me from the kitchen. Ridiculous.

Food is no longer fresh. Everything comes frozen, especially the baked goods. The prices are higher, but the amount of food you get is less than before. Customer service needs major work. Higher ups constantly in the cafe, but nothing improves. Don’t see this place being around 5 years from now. Be cautious of places that have their management post positive reviews to up the rating.

Food was terrible. I never had such disgusting French onion soup in all of my life and the bread was hard as the table I was eating on. Will not ever visit another Panera Bread. I spent 44.00 on lunch for 2
