I have had pizza from this location before and it was great but tonight I accidentally sent my order to this store (I live 300 miles away from here) and Katrina was so great about getting my order voided and taking the time to call me back to let me know. 5 star customer service and highly appreciated!!

Mr. B was amazing. He expedited an order of 10 large pies for me! I needed them sooner than I requested and he had them ready 15 mins before the requested time! Did I mention he started them alone and only had one other person assisting him! He was kind through the whole process.

Waited for 45 minutes in the lobby for our Carryout. The lobby was full of people waiting as well.
There was only one employee working which never acknowledged any of the customers.
Avoid this location.
I never have this issue at the hwy 98 location.

Placed order for pick up at a later time was messaged order was ready for pickup 15 minutes later. I contacted the store was told there was a problem with online ordering and pizza would be remade for later pickup. Arrived at store for pickup at the designated time. Arrived home and discovered I was given the pizza that I was given the old pizza!

the food is good . i order alomst every time from here yesterday they send my order for COD in door dash and he give me wrong one . he said he bring the pizza from store now but he didnt came . the lady talking to me this morning she said i dont help you in this …. pizza hut is much better , atleast they dont steal your money 😂

I am a doordasher, and I had an horrible experience with the manager Katrina! I could tell she was not in the best mood, but it didn’t bother me because we all have our days. As I signed in on the dasher sheet before retrieving my order, I gave her the order number 123. She responded, “I don’t see a 126” I then again said the order #123 and gave a description of what the order was. She again said, “I am not seeing a 126.” That was not an issue, but she looked at the sheet and saw that I wrote down 123 and proceeded to look me in my face and said, “You heard me tell you 3 times order #126 when I told you we only had #123.” And I let her know that I as well repeated myself about having #123. Then she walked away to grab the order and as she’s walking she said out loud but not directly at me, “I hate it when people act like that can’t hear.” And I asked her what did she just say, she repeated it and I directly responded to her saying that she’s the only that couldn’t hear because I repeated myself multiple times as well. Needless to say we went back and forth on something she started because that comment to a Dasher/customer was HIGHLY unprofessional. If your having a bad day cool, but don’t take it out on others. She then proceeded to say she’s going to block me from the store, and I’m hoping she gets fired because she can’t keep getting away with how’s the treats people!
I just ordered my usual meats pizza. It was terrible. The manager said she made it herself. It was not made right. I know what a meats pizza looks like with extra sauce and extra pepperoni. I work at papa John's for 5years. They just lost a good customer!

Unfortunately, we had an incorrect pizza delivered. However, as soon as we called and explained, even offered to order a new pie, the manager apologized and had another one sent out to us. Great correction. Thanks!

The manager was awesome! She takes special pride in her work producing quality menu items.
I worked at this place during the summer, and I can't even begin to describe how terrible it was. First of all, the manager, Katrina, was extremely unprofessional. As a newcomer to making pizzas, it took me a while to understand all the rules, and if I made a mistake, she would become extremely angry. I remember one night in particular when she basically called me a failure and blamed me for low inventory numbers since she hired me. She then proceeded to tell me that her rant wasn’t about me, confirming that it was. Because, why would you come up to me specifically out of all the employees in the store? The other employees were not that bad, except for one. I wouldn't recommend working here to any teenager unless they are desperate. Katrina is just a mean person, and other reviews have said the exact same thing. Since then, I have been traumatized from working and shake every time I make a mistake due to how badly I was yelled at. Absolutely horrible experience. I posted a review like this before but I guess they deleted it? But,I will be posting this exact review just in case it gets deleted again. I got time today ?.
