Our pizza has the smallest amount of cheese and sauce I have ever seen in my entire life. I asked for supreme and frozen pizzas at the store have more toppings than this. Absolutely disgusted about this. My family and I never get to eat out and it was an epic failure. Then when I let them know the manager brought out another pizza and said she didn't put any extra cheese on that one neither and started being loud and rude while I tried to let her know this was the worse pizza I ever had. She said you want me to take this one back to and by the time I just was over it and said yes because of her attitude. I'm not rude just honest and the way she handled it was rude you could tell she was mad. It's whatever I just know I'll never eat there again. Then told me you know what you don't even have to pay for it. So we left

The manager of this restaurant is highly unprofessional. I place an order an hour before the store closed, and the store called me to ask if thin crust was okay because that was all they had. I told them that was fine, and they said they would proceed with my order. However, when my dasher (since they no longer deliver themselves) went to go pick up my order the restaurant was already closed and they never made my order. I called the store to see what was going on and the manager told me he did not care that my order was never made because he was trying to leave the store at an appropriate time, and then he proceeded to hang up on me. I called once again to get a corporate number, because this was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a manager, and he proceeded to tell me I can go to the website to place a complaint (which I did) and hung up on me yet again. Highly unprofessional, especially for a manager. I’m glad there’s pizza options in Hattiesburg that is 100% better than Pizza Hut, because I will not be ordering from here anymore.

Pizza quality is trash, at least for delivery orders. Box full of grease is all I got, soggy, greasy slices. Shame on you for calling that pizza. This is the second time in a row I’ve had problems with a simple pizza delivery order. I will never eat here again. Just trash.

Four complaints in one day for this one. One, it says 10am-12am on the door but I was told they don't open until 11. I would have appreciated coming inside instead of the drive-thru because my window is non-operational. Two, this is the second time I have selected a tea as my beverage and was told they simply just do not have it. It needs to be removed as an option for online users. Period. Three, my pizza was made wrong. I selected pork as my topping and was given sausage. Instead of just leaving the order open for interpretation, make it how it is ordered or inform the customer when they come to pick it up. I would have happily selected a different pizza topping or just opted out instead of wasting my money. This was a prime example of lazy workers not doing their job properly. Pizza Hut can do better. Also, when I called back to inform them of their mistakes, I was placed on hold for an unprofessional amount of time. I say this due to their being little to no customers there. What is going on with the work ethic nowadays, do people just not care about their job anymore? I want a refund for my entire order and I will not be using Pizza Hut at this location anymore, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The pizza was disgusting and honestly a big disappointment, so much so, I threw it away.

Service is ridiculous...called to verify that the Buffet was open , lady was extremely annoyed to have to answer the phone ...just said "Yes' and hung up...got here....NO BUFFET ...so I wasted my time ...should have read the signs before I drove 30 minutes for nothing..Thanks Pizza Hut ?

One of the nastiest locations ever! The salad bar had almost brown salad with no cucumbers. I asked when will they put more and they stated that they were out. I probably would have gotten sick if I had ate the salad. They still charged me the full amount even though they had no cucumbers. I requested a refund and the manager acted as if he didn't want to give my money back and was not very friendly. I did get my money back and I will NEVER be back to this location again. You will probably get food poisoning.

I ordered online which stated my food would be ready at 6:30pm. I never received my order. I waited 10 minutes before a worker came to the window. They stated that they were still waiting on a few things. Only for 15 minutes later to come back to the window asking if I could pull around it would be another 10 minutes. I asked for a refund just for the I assume manager to give me my money didn’t make eye contact, didn’t give a reason why it was taking so long. NOTHING. And when she reached out the window to hand me my money she barely reached out. Very unprofessional
