I ordered this pizza and it tasted like food from 3 days ago. The sauce is super thick and the crust and cheese aren't soft at all; it feels like I'm eating glue… and they didn't even give me the complete order.

I only put stars because I had to put something. Food might be great, idk- I am a doordasher who wanted to use the restroom and they were very serious that no way could I use the public restroom. I drive all day and am delivering their pizza for penny’s and she said there was no way “because of the homeless in the area” what does that have to do with me. I said “if I told you I was a pastor would that change anything?” No was still the answer. I don’t understand. If you have to use the restroom do so before coming to get your pizza here.

Placed an order on app with a quoted 20-30 minutes for carryout and app later said the order was ready only to arrive and be told it’s 2 hours wait and that they would not be issuing refunds at this time.

These guys are always fantastic. I'm habitually late for my pickups because my car's been breaking down lately, and they never give me a hard time about it at all. They just hand me my pizza with a smile. I can't tell you how much I appreciate not having to feel bad about being late on top of all the other things I have going on right now. Thanks, y'all!

We placed a take out order online and came in to pick it up. There were five people working and no one acknowledged us for the first ten minutes we were standing there. Finally someone said they’d be with us in a minute but then proceeded to make us wait another ten minutes. Our pizzas were ready the entire time, but no one would come to the front to give them to us. Once we got the pizzas home, the dough was raw. Bad management all around and really bad pizza. I would never go back here.
