Had friends over for pizza. They delivered the wrong pizza. Customer service said they were not making that pizza. Why is it on the website and app? Food was cold and the customer service was beyond terrible. You are better off with a frozen pizza then ordering from this place.

For people like that ones who work there is the reason why america is collapsing specially guy with nose piercing and the girl with pink hair, they act annoyed every time i go like if they dont want customers so they can be more time in the phone or i dont know what this place is not cheap we expect at least good service.

Had the dinner box. Ask for thin crust but was later told, after I bought it. That it didn’t come in thin crust. Also, I had a coupon with no expiration date and it wasn’t honored. Food, I your portion control was was 85%dough to 15% topping. Can’t imagine why Pizza Hit is struggling.

Love their lunch buffet. Salads are really good. Like having a variety of choices, not just pepperoni! Nice and relaxed.
Great food. The lunch buffet was kept stocked, and the waitress checked on us frequently. It was clean and had sports on different TVs.

It was not overly crowded and yet for 20 minutes of my half hour lunch. There was absolutely nothing left on the buffet. If i'm going to spend fifteen dollars damn it, I'd like some pizza. Once they got it out, it was great, but I had to rush through it,Because I waited so long. Unfortunate this is not the first time it is like this. I think I will stick to ordering from there instead.

Went to the Buffet to give it a try and they ran out of plates for customers to use, couldn't keep any food at the buffet to feed the customers. People were using napkins as their plates to even get food from the buffet if they were lucky enough to get food as is. Families of 4 or 6 couldn't eat until they waited for something to come out and the fresh pizzas lasted 5 minutes before gone again. Worst buffet I have ever seen and won't be back to Pizza Hut.
