I took my grandson, and son to Pizza Hut on hardy street Sunday October 5around 4:30. We ordered there to sit down and eat, they brought my pizza to me in a dang box, boxed up to go. Definitely not the experience I expected. Never had this happen before today. Unacceptable!

Well this store took my money for a door dash order said they was making it and then closed and locked the door when the door dasher showed to get it talk about poor service

This was the absolute worst service I received doing deliveries. After waiting several minutes, the customer had to yell to the back to get someone to come to the front. If that wasn’t bad enough, the lady was agitated when I asked her how long the order is going to be. She Side and set a few minutes then I asked her what is the estimated time so I can let my customer know. She died again a few minutes. Absolute horrible customers out of this it’s a lady with strawberry blonde hair was glasses. It’s 11:03 am. 8/30/25 .

The inside is never open and you have to wait forever in the drive thru only to be told your order isn't ready and to circle back around and wait in the line even longer!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Ordered 4 personal pan pizzas. They gave me a pizza with undone dough/crust cut into 4's, the toppings weren't even correct. All they had to say was that they were out of personal pans. I would've just ordered a medium pan pizza for the same price 🤷🏽♀️ very unsatisfied

Ordered on the app to send a pizza to our uncle currently in Forrest General. App gave an eta for delivery and received confirmation email. After an hour I called the store to find out that the app hasn’t been sending orders to the store. Asked if I just needed to place order now and was told sure but now pizza will take an additional hour. So I guess if you want Pizza Hut, make sure and call.
Ordered dominos on the app and it actually updates and gives an eta of 29 min.
We waited a hour+ for 32 wings after one hour we asked how much longer the wings will take and they said that they hadn’t even started making them yet also their was a award ceremony for a sports team in the places who waited 10 minutes for 5 pizzas and we ordered before them and the floors had crumbs and the tables were sticky it was as if you put barbecue sauce on a table then wiped it with a paper towel leaving it sticky and the tables smelled like rancid sauce and the tv’s were playing knock off Indian cartoons and the building had no speakers for music or the show in conclusion it was a terrible experience we ended up getting a refund and going to the buffalo wings down the street wait time their was 5 minutes.

Spent 52.00 for 3 of us to find out they only ?? put 3 pizza out on buffet on a student night !! Unreal I asked can they make a pepperoni and the girl said oh we only make 3 at a time ..sausage, Buffalo, and cheese ..really
