I come in here all the time, came from New Orleans where I grew up and this place has gone down hill fast. I used to love this establishment and I’d sit in here all the time, however I began to notice just how hostile of an environment it is. They don’t treat their fellow employees with respect you can tell by the way some of them treat each other not to mention there’s this one girl who works there’s this shorter brown haired girl that every time I have come in to order in the past she always has an attitude and I usually get a Carmel machiatto and she NEVER makes it right or she gets her co workers to do all the work. I don’t complain usually but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this store. I’ve never in my time living in New Orleans ever seen, or experienced the level of disrespect from both the employees and seen the disrespect to their co workers as well. NOT PJS STANDARD. I’m thoroughly disappointed. Hope this is fixed for the sake of other customers

The coffee was extra bitter and had an after taste. I think it was brewed at to hot a temperature.

This review is not so much about PJs, but I was at PJs on 98 when it happened. There is a bearded man with a booksack that has dark skin that waited for me to leave the shop after I finished working on my laptop to follow me out to my car and stand there like a creep. He’s bound to be on the cameras inside the store. Please beware of him for safety sake of customers and staff. He seems like he’d be a stalker!

- I tried to call the store , but it stays on hold.

If you like lavendar, get the honey oatmilk lavender iced latte. It's the best!

Don’t order on mobile order, they won’t start making your order until you get there and complain about it not being ready, when you ordered it 25 minutes ago. They workers always complain about having a huge group just come in and that’s why they never have your order ready, or if you are in line at the drive through window, they will use that same tired excuse! They are rude and the food is mediocre and cold half the time. I am from New Orleans , but have a home nearby too and I will say that the PJs in Covington is always fast and courteous … I guess I will be going back to Starbucks when I’m in Hattiesburg!

Hands down the best coffee house in Hattiesburg

Parking: Plenty of parking but watch those potholes when you're leaving.

Wheelchair accessibility: The place is fully accessible with plenty of room. The only issue is the lack of an electric opener on the front door. That would be a useful addition.

Declined all items that needed to be warmed up because they turned the oven off 30 minutes before closing..

I'm writing this review mostly to counter the complaint about the customer's dog below. Your kids aren't touching the dog, so they won't have an allergic reaction to the dog. If the dog is quiet and not barking or jumping on anything, I'd much rather give my business to a shop with a quiet dog than one with loud and rambunctious children. In fact, children have disrupted my meal at various places *much* more often than dogs, including non-service dogs, so maybe you should get over your prejudice. A restaurant can be clean with a dog in it and as long as they clean up at the end of the day, your children won't have an allergic reaction to a dog on the other side of the cafe.

I frequently visit this coffee shop, and I have to express my disappointment with the consistent presence of a customer's dog. It's unsettling that the establishment allows this, as it compromises cleanliness. My kids have allergies to dogs, and we have to leave every single day because of the allergies we get. It's inconsiderate and rude, especially considering it's not a service dog. Another couple also expressed uncomfort with the presence of the dog. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly for the well-being of all customers, especially kids.
