Most of the staff was gathered around a table talking while one was eating,. 7:30 pm, the sweet tea dispenser was empty, the unsweet tea was sour. The mens restroom was nasty, toilet paper dispenser was torn off the wall, the blower hand dryer did not work! Been hear several times in the past, never again!!!!

I've been there twice , the first time I stood in line to order and it took them over half an hour to get my order together, they seem more concerned about their online customers, so the second time I ordered online and when I showed up they didn't have some of what I ordered so I had to substitute I'll make the 20 minute drive to tge Popeyes in Columbia from now on

I WISH I can give them zero stars cuz they first forgot my order I had 3 of the 3 pieces n got 2 they had n attitude as well n one had a nugget looking leg the (Drive through) then they didn’t wanna replace my order or remake it BAD

This Popeyes has really gone down hill. From the employees coming off rude and unprofessional to the quality of the food freshness and portion sizes. Popeyes prices have really gone up if I spend over 75 dollars each time I eat here I don't want to be told by an employee they don't feel like going out back to get honey cause they ran out on the inside, and then the manager didn't wanna go and was like we ain't got none so bye. I recommend the Popeyes on hwy 49 by Forrest General. They don't ration out they honey packs to like 4 and then say oh only give her 8 for the 16 piece. And they don't have select customers they be nice to based on color either like they nice to the white ones that come in but don't give that same service to the people of color. Let me even go into the scoop they gave for the single side just sad. When a small side is 2.29 before tax and u barely get a ice cream scoop.
