I’ve never experienced such a bad time at Qdoba until today. I ordered a rice bowl and it was cold! That was a bit inconvenient but a microwave will fix that. I started to eat my food and discovered several burnt pieces of meat in my bowl. I called and asked to speak to a manager to tell HER about my experience and she responded as if giving me a voucher was doing me a favor and cut me off as I was talking. I absolutely love Qdoba, but today it has put a bad taste literally in my mouth. If you can’t respond in a busy setting you should not be qualified for your position because that was just bogus! Like, I was literally rushed off the phone!

I really had a bad experience with this store. Basically I love Qdoba. And I took a chicken bowl and thank god it was a dine in. So I just opted for spicy chicken and it got mixed up with steak. I don’t really eat steak or pork. But the servers were good with me they gave me my refund. But her answer was like chicken and steak were beside each other so they might have mixed up. But so many Indians don’t prefer steak or pork. So it would be better I you guys keep your items clean and separate. Finally I was indeed disappointed with my lunch as I had to travel for almost 20 min just to throw my lunch in trash and get my refund. Hope, you understand my concern. Thank you.

Our daughter had a work lunch catered by this place and thought we’d like the food… to an extent she was right but definitely not going back! It’s like a Moe’s… you tell them what you want on your burrito etc… I also got a medium iced tea… I was handed a burrito in a recycled cardboard bowl and a cup for me to get my own drink which is fine BUT when I inserted my credit card it asked for tip amount! 10% was the lowest option! Tip for what exactly!? We are excellent tippers when we receive good service… even in fast food and bbq when warranted! This was just over the top! A small ish burrito and iced tea was over $15! Food was ok. Not great by any means! Just ok ! Definitely not going back!!

Favorite spot in town for a quick, easy meal! I could eat a steak burrito bowl every day of the week, and sometimes I heavily consider it. I'll miss the brisket forever, but the fast, friendly service & generous portions of fresh food always keep me coming back.
