Had reservations for 1:30 and still had to wait in the waiting area for 30 mins while the hostess checked everyone else in. I had to remind the hostess that we were ready to be seated. Once we were sat down we waited an additional 25 mins before having to talk with the waiters who were standing in the front talking to each other. I was told that they would have to see who would want to take our table. We were finally able to get service but have been waiting an hour to get food. I would recommend visiting any another restaurant if you are in the mood for dining out. Hell I would recommend eating noodles over eating here again! It’s not worth the wait or the attitudes. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Horrible service, cleanliness is not up to par, and servers have attitudes.

To start off, the restaurant was clean and neat. I do sincerely do not like to leave a negative review and it is not my intention to do so. I am voicing my experience to help improve. So me and my boyfriend we sat down, received our biscuits and placed our order. We waited an hour to receive our food and never received it and we were in a hurry. I spoke to the waitress and she was really kind and understanding. Me and my boyfriend stated we had places to be and kinda in a hurry. She went to her manager and she told us to not worry about the payment. It was very inconvenient to see it was not crowded yet we had to wait a while before we could even see our food.

Nice place and great service. Kind and friendly waiter plus she was beautiful. The food was delicious. We don’t get to go out much but I’m glad we made the choice to eat there.

I’ve been to Red Lobster a ton of times in my life but the service and atmosphere of this one is the best! The food was great! I highly recommend trying the crispy Brussel sprouts! It was the highlight of my visit!

I really enjoyed the service at the to-go area. Ms Chelsea R. was sweet and very attentive. Once she took my order she offered me something to drink while I waited. As i waited she was having a nice conversation with another lady that was waiting. Chealsea's sweet and "can-do" attitude shined tremendously. Once I got my food I went outside and she came to stop me to lem me know my biscuits wasn't in the bag. She made sure that I had got some extra ones too. Of course my fat soul was happy. But I really wanna thank Chelsea for that, and if Red Lobster does any type of recognition, she should be recognized.

The food was good, but the service was terrible! Tonight was not standard for this location, as we’ve eaten there before. I got sick immediately after eating but can’t blame that on the food, as it was too soon. I think I just enjoyed a bit too much!

I will never; ever be back. In fact if the whole city of Hattiesburg burned down and Red Lobster was the only resturant left I would go out of my way to go to another city or town to eat. My family took my nephew out to celebrate his 26th birthday. We had reservations for 6pm. We got there and seated. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. It took another 35 minutes to get our drinks, meanwhile we went through two rounds of biscuits BEFORE we got our drinks. While we were waiting for our drinks sever people around us walked out because of a lack of service. So we get our drinks finally and instead of taking our order the waitress left and came back probably 20 minutes later to take our order. We waited about an hour and 10 minutes to get our food. Everybody got their food but me. The waitress told me it would be 4 more minutes for my plate which was a chicken strip platter. I was fuming and almost at the point of seeing red. I was going to cancel my order but the waitress rushed off before I could get the words out and I tried to refrain to keep from making a fool out of myself. Almost 15 minutes later I got my food. I don’t use foul language much but I was highly pissed off. Everybody was done eating before I got my food. That was very embarrassing. I wound up getting a to go box because I was to mad to eat and didn’t want my family to wait for me to finish eating. After all we got there at 6pm and didn’t get our food until almost 8pm and it was slow not to mention all the folks walking out that got tired of waiting. It was all I could do to keep from losing it. To top things off the waitress didn’t bother to offer to comp my meal. I paid $20.55 for 4 chicken strips and a double fry(I didn’t even ask for a double fry.) In fact, to add injury to insult, my nephew ordered two Long Island Teas and was charged for two children’s waters. I will never ever be back that was beyond disgraceful!!! I have a half a mind to go to the bank and cancel the transaction where I paid.
