chicken use to be big, tasty, crispy hot and juicy, but now it is very small and lacking flavor. some of the workers are highly unprofessional. you hear about violent relationship problems, fights, profanity, gossip, etc from them. sometimes you will see the dining room packed with just one cashier and cook which causes frustration for the cashier. i've been a few times and stopped a few months ago because i got tired of the service and portion size.
