Came and ate today and really enjoyed it. This was only my second time and it was as good as I remembered. Lexie provided great service. I believe she was training another server and both did a fantastic job. My water was never empty!

We got our order through delivery. When I tell you this order was beyond messed up there’s no way I should still have to pay my 80 something dollars for what I received. I understand that using delivery can cause quality issues, but I have NEVER received an order like this. The rice is unbearably hard… it looks like it was taken off a plate of someone’s unfinished hibachi… soy sauce and all. The sushi rolls are falling apart and in general taste disgusting. We normally love Rock N Roll and frequently order from them but this is just insane. I also tried to call the store to let them know just in case it was a mix up and no one answered either time I called.

Our server was amazing! The food was just okay and the sushi was rolled so loosely it was impossible to eat without falling apart. I rarely give a bad review but today the condition of the restaurant and the exterior was alarming. There was trash all along the entrance. The door was filthy with smudged hand prints all over it. When we walked in the waitress was taking a to go order and another person who was wearing house shoes was sitting at the bar. I assumed they were a guest bc of how unclean and unpresentable they were but when we finally sat ourselves I saw them go to the kitchen.I walked to get a high chair and the entire restaurant was filthy and unkept despite having little guest. The high chairs were covered in food. Thankfully when asked our waitress kindly wiped it down. To be honest she’s the only reason we didn’t walk out because she seemed to really be trying.I’m not interested in eating here again after seeing the conditions today and the standard being kept. I shared lunch with someone and ate very little because of wondering what the kitchen conditions must be.I love midtown and want to support its businesses. I hope the standard can improve here.
