Had a pickup order that I waited on for 30 mins after it was supposed to be completed. The front desk gal forgot to take the order to the kitchen. Big nope.

Soup tastes like sink water. Sushi and hibachi weren’t very good.
No music playing, very dark inside, atmosphere needs improvement. Go to Fuji Yama instead.

If y’all like to drink Long Island iced tea strong no watering like some place and charged you more money you better come here .. a little girl who can mix you drink so well and good food I had all the time is Tempura udon’s hot noodles if you love hot soup. ? always
Yea and only one server y’all have to be patient a little bit for waiting too long but she was very nice and I like to support her because she been working here for long time for hostess then she can jump up to server.
It wasn’t fair for the new worker.
Give her opportunity to do her best.

This place use to be one of my favorite places to eat at but the past three times I’ve come, I’ve left disappointed. They have ONE server and because of that, service suffers. The food honestly isn’t as good as it use to be either. I’m afraid it’s about to go the way of most restaurants that have gotten complacent in this city. They start to get comfortable that their clientele will come back no matter how poorly their staff performs or food tastes and then eventually close because people get tired of giving them chance after chance. I think I’m done spending money there. It’s sad because I use to genuinely enjoy eating there.

If you have an allergy, you will pay additional charges since they have to prepare things separately. Just a heads up.

Me and my family love this place! We come all the way from Ocean Springs to eat here and do shopping in Hattiesburg. It's the only place I know of where you can get a $10 bento box with soup AND salad during their everyday 11am - 3pm lunch time. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The food was tremendous as it always has been when my fiancé and I have visited. They got our food out quickly and it was good and hot. The waitress kept a check on our table and was very sweet. Excellent place for gyoza and hibachi.

I could care less about customer service and atmosphere, I’m here for the foooood! Now I can only speak for what I ordered, so exclude the boiled seafood. I got the Chicken & Steak Hibachi, Wok-Fried Calamari, & Soft Crab Roll.As others mentioned prior to my review, the Chicken & Steak Combo is mediocre. Where’s the sear on my chicken and steak?! This isn’t hibachi fried rice, nor does it even taste like wok-fried rice to say the least! Do I have COVID or something what kind of sauce is on the meat and vegetables?! Not going to lie but the teriyaki sauce from Panda Express is purdy good.My fried calamari isn’t your traditional tempura batter, but it’s that rough sand paper batter that the south uses for their catfish. I know you guys have your own Mississippi Roll, Cajun Roll (crawfish sushi), but some appetizers are meant to be original. Again what is that weird sauce on bottom of my calamari dish?! It taste like the original sweet chilli sauce infused with soy sauce or something. PASS.Saved the best for last, it’s sushi time! Who cares about the looks right?! Wrong! I was sad eyes when my saw my soft shell crab. Why? Because it was sad looking. For all you tempura sushi lovers, the best part is the end piece where all the meat is hanging out and the portion of the meat is bigger than the sushi itself! Except my end piece was small like Katt Williams, mini Twix, mini skittles, Mini Me from Austin Powers. (Sigh) The best soft shell crab I had ever was at Sakuras.I hope you revamp your menu and wish you guys the best.

This is the only place I go to when I want a seafood bag. I've tried seafood bags from various different places and none compare to sakes. The shrimp, corn, sausage, and potatoes are favorable and well season.
