Disappointed and Concerned — Expired Snack from Smoothie King
I’m really disappointed with my delivery from Smoothie King. I decided to order a yogurt pretzel snack along with my smoothie, only to realize after eating part of it that the package was expired. That’s completely unacceptable for a brand that promotes health and wellness.
The expiration date wasn’t just a few days off — it was months past due. When I mentioned it to the staff, they seemed indifferent. It made me question how carefully they check their inventory and whether other items might also be outdated. Again, this is unacceptable.

Excellent and prompt service from this location. I always order my Smoothie on the App and then pick it up inside the store. The staff greeted me when I entered and directed me to the cooler as this was my first visit to this location. My order was waiting for me in the cooler as expected. This area on Hardy Street is very busy and the parking lot is a little congested. i recommend parking in the back near the Tennis Courts and walking up to avoid the traffic.

This location opened late and didnt take my order until 9:14am. I was the first drive-through order of the day. The website says they open at 9am. Waited 12 minutes to get my smoothie, which wasn't fully blended because they were rushing to catch up. Thick, huge ice chunks. Also, the smoothie wasn't filled up to the lid, like it is at the Laurel location. The smoothies are usually good but I won't be coming in the morning again
