Was totally disrespected by smoothie king busines as an active veteran service member on Veterans Day . I’ll never ever come back here ever again. I’ll make sure everybody at camp Shelby and surrounding areas don’t ever come here. A free smoothie was that serious to humiliate us as veterans . Cooperate should shut this place down

First time ever coming. Was not impressed. Customer service was very good. The music is wide open you loud screaming. With very noisy equipment. I understand the equipment you can't help but when you can't talk to each other as workers or as customers inside the building that's a problem. Plus I only have one ear my other ear is deaf so it makes it very hard on us that are hard of hearing to even comprehend what's going on. The bowl that my wife got was watery with a few toppings on it. Not yogurt consistent at all. My smoothie was actually pretty good.

Excellent and prompt service from this location. I always order my Smoothie on the App and then pick it up inside the store. The staff greeted me when I entered and directed me to the cooler as this was my first visit to this location. My order was waiting for me in the cooler as expected. This area on Hardy Street is very busy and the parking lot is a little congested. i recommend parking in the back near the Tennis Courts and walking up to avoid the traffic.

Hudson was extremely rude and short with me while taking my order. When I walked in him and the young lady working with him both, had bothered looks on their faces, I’m guessing because it was about 17 minutes to closing time and they were cleaning up! I’m visiting from Texas and will NEVER come to this location again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the surrounding areas, about the horrible service I received!
I was just in the drive to 15 minutes before the time that they close and no one came to the income nor took my order.

My husband went in tonight 1/16/2023 and ordered a chocolate gladiator and chocolate gladiator with banana.. I went to pick up my order inside and asked the staff which one was which and all three people working the shift were rude… no apology for the mess up and they acted like we inconvenienced them because the failed to label the cups.
