I'm not certain as to what was going on this morning but their were no employees at this location this morning. States you open at 6 a.m. and there were several customers including myself pulling in and waiting a moment after 7 a.m. to discover no one was there.

It's hit or miss here. You never know, one trip everything is great the next your Doctor Pepper is a root beer and your cup of ice water is a coke.

Really made the decision to eat here after 5 years just to get a tangled ball of hair INSIDE the burger meat. If you’d like to know what that feels like imagine swallowing a chunk of food, but it wants to just dangle down your throat like a rock climber, all the while the string (hair) is just holding itself off the edge by being pinched between teeth. You’ll try to swallow your bite, as one does, but all you’ll feel is hair holding food in your esophagus as you reflexively continue to attempt to swallow

Sat in drive through for 10 mins resturant was not busy all I wanted was just a drink ridiculous will not come back i come here all time
Horrible. Forgot to bring out both my soda and the ketchup. Brought me 2 ketchup . Burger had stuff on I did not order or even comes on the burger I ordered. Jr double cheeseburger was so hard I could not eat it. Ate what little bacon was on it that I paid for. Tota tasted like they had sat and been refried. Car hop moves sooo slow. Hey but the soda was ok when they remembered it.

Rude staff couldn’t get the order right two times in a row. Once again they upped the prices and now you have to pay for marinara sauce after they already upped the prices on the mozzarella sticks and made the mozzarella sticks smaller how greedy can one company get cause I know it’s the company greedy not the employees cause they ain’t paying them Nothing. that’s why they’re so miserable sonic needs to do better especially for the prices. They charge extremely overpriced. Just done with sonic. And I see In this Questionnaire they ask What size group is this restaurant is suitable for I would say not even one person looks like they got 10 employees in there and they don’t get any orders right three other customers was complaining when I was there about their orders being wrong as well and complaining about having to pay for marinara sauce

Wait was 20 min on cherry limeade and a brownie blast. She finally came out with a green slush and a chocolate chip shake. 2nd time we stopped there this month, last time they got the ordered wrong and overcharged us .Won’t be a third time

did a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes for it to come out. i ordered a reese’s blast, which they forgot at first, then came back to tell us they were out of reese’s, so i said the brownie one would be fine. out of that too. i finally settle on the turtle one, and they bring it out with a fork, because they were out of spoons. mind you, i asked for extra of the toppings, and there were barely any. burger was freezing cold with unmelted cheese and almost uncooked meat, tots were still raw in the middle and also cold, and the workers were gossiping about us right in front of our car for asking for a spoon. ended up not even eating the food because we were scared to get sick. absolutely pitiful experience.
