*update* I had to change my review because I spoke with Justin, the manager, and he was awesome. He explained the sour taste was due to overuse of their cheesecake flavor. He promised they were working on retraining the employees to fix the issue and offered to hand deliver the refund to me. Justin was awesome to deal with and completely changed my mind about the store.

30-minute wait on my lunch break for Sonic is insane. Customer service is horrible, and the food isn't worth the high price. After my 30-minute wait, the sides were hard as rocks, slush came out watery, and the shakes came out with a weird taste( is the machine dirty or do you have roaches? I believe it's both). They wonder why they have a bad reputation for having new management every few months and employees walking out on them. While you wait for your food, you have homeless people begging for food and money. Shut this place down. it's just taking up space.

They let this sonic fall off. I just wanted 30 mins with only 1 car at stall. Went through drive thru thinking maybe that would help since the button obviously wasn't working and was ignored by the big white lady. Guess we are no longer allowed. Management should get involved all 3 cars waiting behind me left as well. Too early in the quarter to be throwing away customers and money.
Service and food suck! I always have to wait 20 minutes or longer every time I order ahead. The order is never ready, and they clear the order out before they bring the food.
I had to press the button twice, and remind them of my order. The lady couldn’t even find what I ordered because it had been cleared without them bringing anything out.
My shakes were melted, like water. I told the lady who brought them out that I wanted them remade, and she got an attitude saying that’s how they’re made. I left and called customer service to request a refund.
I recommend going to the sonic on Hwy 11, they’re much better than this one.
