There are sonics, then there is this sonic. Do not come to this sonic if you expect reasonable service in a reasonable time frame and your food to be correct. 4 drinks ordered, 15 minutes later they arrive incorrect. I could understand if they were busy, but 4 customers there including myself. Terrible service.

When you’re craving a shake, you pull in and order the shake on your app and then you tell them what stall you’re in. You see the status on the screen shows it’s in the kitchen being made three minutes later it tells you. Francys it’s on their way to bring you your order. 10 minutes later you’re still waiting in an empty parking lot. Can we say they are trying to cheat their ticket times?

waited 30 minutes in the cold for a replacement drink after being given a watered down drink that was clearly out of syrup. they were not busy. was given cups that did not fit the lids.

Never left a Google review before, but this was the WORST experience with Sonic, so I had to. Looks on par with other reviews though. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my food, never came. So I went inside to see what was happening. Not only was it dirty and gross inside, but they told me they tried to bring the order out but nobody was there. I told them I’d been sitting in the same stall for 30 minutes waiting, so she must have come to the wrong stall. She told me I was wrong, but I know I was in the right stall because when I typed the stall number in on the app, my name popped up on the screen. Anyways, they gave me the order, but I had to carry it all in my arms, and she didn’t get me a drink carrier because she “didn’t know how to put them together.” So I carried my cold food and melted ice cream to my car, only to realize they forgot a shake. So I went back inside for it, and was told to wait in my car and she’d bring it out to me. It took another 10 minutes, but she eventually found me, still in the same stall I’d been sitting in for getting close to an hour. Funny enough, there’s a sign inside the store that says the store’s goal is to get items out in less than 4 minutes… And by the way, this is the third time I’ve had something like this happen at this Sonic. The other locations around town do better, but this one is always the same. So I’m not coming back here.

I’m not the typical type to write a review, but it’s that bad.
This might be my 7th time coming here, and if you like to gamble on how bad it’s gonna be this is the place to go! I do mobile orders, and if you do not let them know you’re there by pressing the button, you’ll be waiting for an infinite amount of time because they check off your tab and never bring it out. And then… everytime it comes out, it’s either old, burnt, or drenched in bad grease. This past order I ordered 5 corn dogs and 2 drinks, and specifically said before we got there “let’s go there because you can’t screw up corn dogs” let me tell you…. 4th street can! 3 old corn dogs, and 2 burnt dogs. And didn’t even get the condiments right. Not sure if it’s short staffed, or bad staffed, or both. Sonic is close, so it’s convenient, but I will be going to the one on 49 from here on out! Please do better!!

Spoiler: They never answered the box. Both times. Went to the gas station next door and got a slushie. It was cheaper, anyway.
Ordered the foot long on the app and got to sonic and put my stall number in. Waited 15 minutes my food finally came out and it was cold there was only 3 cars in the stalls including me there’s no reason my food should be cold and not fresh terrible service and terrible food rather go to Walmart and eat with the homeless then come back here.

Every time I go to this sonic the workers are extremely rude, they never put any sauce in the bag and will not give you any when you ask stating its "already in the bag" when it is not. But they won't give you more? Cheese sticks are undercooked and cold, no one ever answers the buzzer and will leave you waiting for more than 30 min. What happened to this location?
