I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake online on Tuesday, February 3rd. What I received instead was just a regular Oreo shake. While it wasn’t bad, it definitely wasn’t what I ordered or what I had been craving all shift. I was genuinely excited for this shake, so the disappointment really hit when I peeled back the whipped cream, took that first hopeful bite, and realized there was no chocolate whatsoever. It honestly ruined the moment. The Oreo shake was fine, but it did not hit the spot at all, and I was internally upset afterward because I had been looking forward to that chocolate Oreo flavor specifically. When you’re craving something all day, getting the wrong order is such a letdown. Please double-check orders moving forward.
Update February 2026:
I am adding photos to show the difference between what is advertised and what I received. The menu image clearly shows a fully chocolate blended shake with Oreo pieces mixed evenly throughout. What I was given was pale and mostly vanilla colored with little to no chocolate blended in.
I returned it to have it corrected, and the remake still was not properly blended. Instead of being mixed throughout the shake, the Oreos were simply placed on top with whipped cream. When customers pay for a specific item shown on the menu, it should be prepared as advertised. I was polite and gave the location the opportunity to fix it, but I still left disappointed.

The garlic butter burger is awesome and so is the dirty Dr pepper... service was slow as we ordered online and was there almost an hour as I watched drive ups get their food and go..

We had just driven 3 hours and wanted a quick bite. The server taking the order was upset that I didn’t know the menu completely and I ordered incorrectly on 2 counts. My son requested a blast that wasn’t in the menu. And the server was rude and impatient with us. Then I ordered a drink but only gave the size “route 44”. I failed to specify the actual beverage. A simple mistake as I’m ordering for 3. Again I was chastised and I could hear the discontent from the server.
I won’t be visiting here again. I recommend stopping before or after this Sonic location. If I could leave a more negative rating, I would.
I understand it’s a Sunday. It’s a fast food restaurant but at least have some courtesy and patience with the customers.

I ordered two combo meals for under nine dollars each. I was charged twenty three and fifty two cents. One foot long chili dog and a hamburger two drinks and two sides. God help us. We can eat at a family restaurant all you can eat for less.

Food was good. Service was a little slow, but I think that Amanda was the only one working.
Was on a long motorcycle ride and needed a break. Good ole Sonic to the rescue; I could order and sit outside with my bike that was loaded with all my stuff. Three chicken strips and tots were just what I needed. Clean restroom and quick, friendly service.

I am absolutely done with this place. Ordered ahead, sat there for ages while other people that showed up after me got their orders even though it said mine was done and on its way out as soon as I got there. Then I get home to find that they didn't even give me cheese sauce to go with the multiple soft pretzels I ordered.
I should have checked, I know, because far be it for me to presume they might actually give me my entire order instead of sending me off with dry, inedible pretzels.
Will never go back and I would recommend going literally anywhere else but here.
