First time visiting Southern Seafood and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the freshness of the food, the flavor, the fries were on point (so crunchy), the friendly service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food portion was more than enough. They have severaI southern sides to choose from Drinks: I chose that Southern SWEET Tea, and it was just as I like it. This place did not disappoint and we will be back.

Crawfish was good, though the corn and sausage were exceptionally spicy, a bit more than expected, and I use higher than normal hot sauce. The oyster po boy was awesome, just needed salt, or salt shakers on the table, and half the amount of oysters. Solid place overall! Plus for being a seafood market and restaurant, it didn't smell like fish, and was very clean.
Make this your first stop for fried seafood. Been going here for years, it has NEVER varied. They have some sort of wizard in the back working the fryers. The shrimp will make you slap your significant other's hand if they dare to reach over to your plate.Also great for fresh fish and shrimp, and they have a few freezers full of goodies as well.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ???
