I ordered one sandwich. They gave me two sandwiches and told me they couldn’t do anything about it because it had stickers on it. I was charged for a meal I can’t eat because I’m traveling with no way to refrigerate it.

Usually I don't care enough about small mistakes to leave a bad review, but today when I ordered a white chocolate mocha via grubhub and decided to try it with non-fat milk, the drink I received was simply milk and white mocha syrup, no coffee at all. I always order the same thing around the same time, and eventhough they always manage to screw something up, this was the first time that they handed me a coffee without any coffee. Would definitely not recommend.

I got the wrong size for my drink and was told they could just make a second one and that it would be alright. I also offered to pay for it and the cashier said no and when I offered to give the wrong size back the cashier told me I could just keep it and that it would be alright. The short girl, I do not know her name, who remade the drink had an attitude and even made the drink much poorly than the first one. She said I could not keep the first drink, despite me having paid for it and being told I could, and poured it out in the sink. The second drink was not even mixed up and the fruit tastes old and dry unlike the first drink.

After tasting my Pike Place coffee, it was like gas station coffee. I brought it to their attention and was told that it’s an squirted taste. Never again.

If I could give a 0, I would. I went in there to get a coffee and sit to do my homework. The coffee's lid was either not put on right or didn't fit because I went to take my first sip, and it spilled all over me, my laptop, and expensive phone. I went to the front counter to ask for napkins and to tell them what happened, and the girl could not care less. She gave me 3 napkins. Didn't offer to redo my drink or help me clean or anything. So, not only did $2000 worth of equipment get doused in coffee, I had zero help in cleaning a mess that wasn't my fault. They finally came over while I was wiping the floor to mop and asked me to move my stuff. I finally left because I was tired of the horrible customer service. Tried to call three times to talk a manager, and no one ever picked up. All in all, extremely upset and frustrated.

My ham and cheese croissant was half cold and I asked for light ice in my drink. I was told that all the ice would melt once the drink was shaken. This is what I had left once I carefully spooned all the ice out. Very lame.

I ordered using my mobile app --- took about 10 minutes to get to location; then waited about 15 minutes. Another person said 'it's quicker to go through the drive thru (which at the time had about 10 cars)." I explained we were on vacation and 'our' Starbucks ALWAYS has mobile orders ready. Since we were on vacation, I went back a second time and ordered at the counter. The young lady taking orders---never looked up, made eye contact. I tried small talk....oh, this is cheaper than my Starbucks, etc....nothing; no reply. The drink (both times) was fine but customer service is not at the top of their list.

Stopped by here and waited in line about 15 mins before driving off and going to Mulvis 2 mins down the road. The line backs up into a strip mall parking lot.

Just thought I would let you know, one of your indoor security cameras have been hacked and is publicly broadcasting on a leaked camera website, here is a picture so you can figure out what camera needs to be secured. You should probably get this fixed sooner rather than later.Edit - It's been two months and I decided to check back on insecam and guess what, you camera is still being broadcasted. Do you not care that potential weirdoes (like me) are watching you through your unsecured cameras. I tried to be nice and show you whats wrong, but since no ones has secured it I'm going to change my review to one star since you do not care.If you need more proof I just added I image that I took around Aug31 2021 10:00, this is what I see, I can see you.

First time at a Starbucks and found out the hard way they don't take cash. No explanation given. But the atmosphere sure was more pleasant than I thought it would be.
