I got the wrong size for my drink and was told they could just make a second one and that it would be alright. I also offered to pay for it and the cashier said no and when I offered to give the wrong size back the cashier told me I could just keep it and that it would be alright. I ordered using my mobile app --- took about 10 minutes to get to location; then waited about 15 minutes. Another person said 'it's quicker to go through the drive thru (which at the time had about 10 cars)." I explained we were on vacation and 'our' Starbucks ALWAYS has mobile orders ready.
