Really wish I could leave this lack of a coffee place less than a 1 star review. Literally sat inside and waited for 2 drinks for over thirty minutes. Finally I asked for a refund and was told they cannot do a refund. I was so disgruntle with the service I just left and “donated” two drinks to this lousy place.

Oven not working, no matcha, no mocha, no caramel. The list goes on. I understand that things will run out occasionally, but this appears to be poor management more than anything. Staff was nice.

What the heck happened to USA Starbucks?!My coffee had sugar added to a cream only and the muffin was tiny.I have lived in Mexico for the past three years and visit the Starbucks in Campeche. In Campeche, we have big blueberry muffins. We drove from Campeche to West Virginia. When I ordered my muffin, I was shocked that it was 1/3 the size of the Starbucks in Mexico.

I am standing in front of the counter as I write this. I came through the drive through and order a Hazelnut Frap with caramel dripping, light whip, extra hazelnut and caramel crunch. When I got my drink which wasn’t even 5 whole minutes later. It was watered down and plus my caramel crunch wasn’t it there. I came back and walked inside. No attitude and politely asked the woman to remake it and I would tip and the one that made it gave lots of smart remarks. Then another woman stepped it and made it amazingly with extra everything and I thank her and tipped her $5. I appreciate great customer because I own a food business. I never want people to feel like they left and was not satisfied. Thank you Starbucks for the good employees you do have.

I’ve been to this location countless times. I usually have a 20-30 min wait and often deal with rude employees. My drinks end up being so so. Today was different. There was no wait and the young lady at the window was awesome! I had a coupon through the app that didn’t work properly, despite ordering the correct size. She apologized profusely and I was on my way. I took the lid off at the red light in front of the Starbucks because the cup felt light. Sure enough, my grande was a tall. I’m not use to lattes having so much foam and was surprised to see about a third of the cup missing. I’m going to stick with the other coffee shops in the area. I don’t have problems like this with them.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks location I have visited in the country and considering how much I travel with being a previous customer at dozens upon dozens of locations it's saying allot! Very rude, in mature, employees who made the worst Starbucks coffee drink I've ever tasted. I'm definitely contacting corporate because if being rude to customers and making horrible coffee isn't bad enough, the restrooms were very dirty as well. My Husband and I actually poured our cappuccinos out after one sip. Please get an adult employee with experience so you can properly train these employees in customer service, how to make the drinks, and definitely how to clean for the safety of the patrons. Shame on Starbucks for allowing this location to even be open! I've literally never felt I've had to write a negative review for Starbucks before.

I went to the drive- thru.(sat directly in front of the speaker) I waited and waited after no response since pulling up to the speaker I said “hello” twice. Still nothing. I drove around to the window and the girl that was there blamed me for her not taking my order by saying I wasn’t in front of the speaker. Ummm yes I was. She then tells me she can’t take my order at the window to pull around to the end of the line. That’s a huge NO for me. This location needs new drive thru workers so they don’t keep losing business.

Welcome Back

I don't know how it's about 10 people working and it's seem to be so hard for them to hand the order out on time . I think the management is poor here because everybody is doing whatever they want not being in order as a Team to get people order out without having to wait 30-1hr . When I go pick up my order from here most of the time I have to put my own order in a bag etc .
