Extremely rude employee . Waited longer than I should have for what I ordered. The order was supposed to have extra topping, so I told her & she had an attitude telling me it was right but stated “ do you want me to fix it ?” ummmmm YESSSS . She fixed it but intentionally put alot more toppings than I asked for & had a whole attitude. Slid the order to me very rudely & made a slick remark to her coworker as I walked out . Also the drink had hair in it & on the cup . That I honestly feel like was intentionally put in the drink This happened June 23 , 2024 at around 8:30am

Was informed that I couldn’t order 7 total shots in my drink but not given an explanation why. Service was subpar and no smiles. My order was made wrong and the look I got when I asked to have it remade was that of disgust. Not a happy patron here.

I came in not too long ago and the purple haired girl (ryn/rin/ren?) Helped me pick out a fantastic drink, some kind of chai. She made me and everyone behind me laugh the whole time and made a good trip turn great, fantastic service and the people she was working with seemed really happy. I came back today and I don't think she was here but It reminded me to write this. I don’t often go to Starbucks, but this is my new favorite.

I work here, but as my experience goes far before that, I can say that both on the customer and employee sides of the counter, the people here are very friendly. Everyone makes an effort to service quickly and correctly. I always recalled wanting more seating, closer to a core Starbucks amount but I digress, even with only a small section of seating, I love(d) standing and talking with all of the baristas. I've worked at other Starbucks, and I can say definitively this is one of my favorites in terms of cleanliness, service, food and drinks, and management. Every place will always have ups and downs, but this one by far, has more ups. Yay five star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love to Starbucks because I can order on my app and by the time I get to the store it’s sitting on the counter waiting for me. I don’t typically have a lot of interaction with the staff and I don’t eat the food here. The only time I come to Starbucks is when the pumpkin spice lattes are out!

Not one of the many staff looked or acted happy. It appears everyone hates their jobs and the customers. After a long wait at the register where all the workers studiously avoided looking at me, even to say “someone will be with you in a moment “ a worker did come and ask what I wanted, no smile, nothing. The wait for the drink was not bad and the drink itself was good but I felt as if I was at a funeral parlor.
