Usually this place is great, but my daughter and I stopped in yesterday and it was awful… Not only did we have to wait more than 20 minutes for our food, but the girls up front were so engrossed on the phones they couldn’t even get my order right…. I ordered a plain cheeseburger (which I very specifically said I wanted just the meat and cheese only- they STILL didn’t get that right) They were constantly texting at the counter the whole time. We had to ask for our drinks which seemed like an inconvenience to them. In fact, I had to wait for her to finish on her phone before she addressed what I needed at one point… There were people that came in after us that got their food before us that had more people. I’m not sure if they just had an off day or there’s new management, but I won’t be going back anytime soon…

This is the worst damn steak and shake on the Earth..... The people that work there don't give a damn about nothing they will even close the restaurant down early. They had the lobby closed at 8:30 and would not allow me to go in to pick up my door dash they made me wait in the long line of the drive-thru. All you could hear were the workers in their Carson saying they don't give a damn about none of it I will be calling corporate you people should be ashamed of yourself and you are disgusting put on a uniform and clean yourself up before you start making people's damn food. Every one of them just waddling around it's sickening. Eat a salad don't eat here

I ordered the garlic double steakburger. I asked for grilled onions, lettuce, ketchup & mayo, and frisco sauce to be added in the burger. Didn’t get the ketchup and mayo, didn’t get the grilled onions, didn’t get the frisco sauce. They also didn’t even add the garlic butter on top of the bun. Only thing they gave me that I asked for was the lettuce. I’m confused on how they couldn’t get a simple burger right, when they literally don’t even have a line outside? I was the only one. They actually suck.

I’ve been here more times that they do not have any shakes available than I have been here that they do have shakes available. It’s literally in the title. How do you only have shakes less than 50% of the time? It’s literally a gamble if you’re gonna be able to purchase a shake from steak ‘n shake.

Definitely not the steak n shake we remember. Worked at sns in the late 90s. Sadly this was nothing like that. The 50s diner feel was gone, now it just like any other fast food joint. And the worst part was they had NO CHILI! They seemed to be short staffed but the wait wasn't too bad considering, food was fresh and quick after the wait to order. It's just sad to see a place I loved working at turn into a miserable shell of what it once was. The manager did all the customer service & did a good job, but obviously he wasn't happy about it.

Raw meat just left out uncovered for the hour we were there. The cashier was talking on the phone the entire time She was serving us, never even pausing her personal call, and the rest of the workers were just hanging out outside, sitting down doing nothing. Except for the one older guy who was working his butt off alone
