This is the best subway in Hattiesburg and Purvis area. I eat here probably twice a week and it’s always great. I order online for the discounts. My order is always ready when I get there.. thank yall Small things make big differences.

It's colocated with another place I can't remember the name of. I carried out so I did not stay for the atmosphere. The ladies making the subs were very nice and loaded the subs up for you. But one thing, they warn you to ask for any sauces before they put the toppings on. They say it is to prevent cross contamination. Never heard of that in any subway restaurant, but I suppose I am happy they care enough you don't get sick

This Subway has always had high school kids working here with poor attitudes that you can tell don't want to be there. Today, 6/7 at 7 PM, the kid that played cashier wanted to argue about using a coupon for a footlong meal and subbing cookies for chips. He wasn't even going to attempt to ring it up in the POS and refused to try. I asked him what changed with this month's coupon and he couldn't answer. Sweet Tea was out too. I live 2 miles away and had come here for years but now I won't be back. Go to Circle K Subway in Brooklyn or Love's Arby's instead.

Didn’t have what I ordered online and they didn’t know how to refund for that sandwich. Was asked to wait until the meatballs were finished cooking. Kind of negated why I ordered online. Won’t be back and don’t expect fast or friendly service if you dine here.

Drove 20 miles out of my way past a different Subway to hear the magical words, when I asked for extra cheese, “that’s 8 pieces, extra would be…you want that much cheese”. I probably looked like a bobble head. So knowledgeable. Absolutely yummy.
Great fresh food and selection. May have caught employees on a busy day, but reps were kinda rude?!

The last 2 times I’ve been I’ve been so disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered online they gave me the wrong cheese on both sandwiches didn’t toast the bread and I asked for one to be extra toasted. The meat was ice cold and one sandwich had half a bottle of Mayo on it. I used to love this subway but something has Changed and in the evening it’s no good.
