Went in to get a sandwich and the sandwich I ordered required BBQ sauce. The person working tried to put BBQ sauce on the sandwich but the container was empty and instead of stopping and going getting another container he squirt two drops of BBQ sauce on it and that was it. Extremely slow making the sandwiches as well.

Stood at counter. I could see the worker was making sandwiches, most likely for a phone order, which is fine. But it took her about 5 minutes to At least acknowledge I was there saying she would be with me shortly. She did call someone from the back to help. I got a combo meal, asked for a cookie. Paid. She walked off. I had to grab my receipt from the machine.
Got home. No cookie

Absolutely abysmal service! This location needs to be shut down, and whoever was the closing manager on 1/19/25 needs to be fired immediately for shutting the store down 20 minutes early and canceling orders! I'm sure subway corporate would've liked the several Uber eats orders they canceled. Absolutely terrible

Subway has always been my favorite place to dine. Especially this new subway because it was always so clean and the service was always exceptionable until… Me and my family. We’re going to order on the app and use our SUBWAY® coupon. The app did not allow me to place the code for this particular restaurant. when ordering inside at the same restaurant, I have always used my coupon and it has always never been a problem until yesterday. The employee that made the sandwiches were very rude. He did not bother to manually. Put in my code for my discount. When calling this morning for the managers information, I was getting the runaround. I will be contacting the corporate office for my refund! Not only did I not be able to use my coupon, but my sandwiches were not made correctly. Very disappointed and irritated.
