I want it known who this is. The order for Herbie november 29th and pickup was supposed to be at 12:45...before we even got there. My partner shows up at around 1 to pickup and sees its busy. Its understandable to be a little backed up when youre busy...I get that ...but tell me why you continue to take and make other people's orders and we dont even get the sandwiches till 1:40, theyre poorly cut, poorly put together, and toasted halfway??(literally half is toasted and the other half is squishy and its cold). Your staff seems new and theres only two working in that rush so im not really gonna blame them in this. This is for the higher ups to see. Do better. I will not be returning to this location!!

I went to get lunch today and I was greeted amazingly however when it was time to place my order the frontline worker asked me what I wanted this is how the encounter went.
Worker: what can I get for you?
Me: a 6 in ham sandwich on wheat
Worker: what type of bread
Me: wheat?
Worker: would you like any cheese?
Me: yes, pepper jack and I’d like it toasted
Worker: would you like it toasted?
Me: *smirks* yes, pepper jack, toasted.
Worker: *shakes her head and mumbles under her breath *

At this point I noticed that she’s also on the phone while taking my order. She has her phone propped up on the food station ( I’m sure that’s contamination) with her ear buds in. This explains why I’m constantly having to repeat myself… regardless she continues my order and I attempt to explain to her we got off on the wrong foot and that I was simply frustrated that I kept having to repeat myself. Her response was well in fast food places people need to understand that they may have to repeat themselves sometimes and while I do understand that and don’t have an issue with that, I shouldn’t have to repeat myself several times because you’re choosing to have a phone conversation while doing your job. She was very passive aggressive while serving me. I asked for her name she told me Amber however there was no name tag visible. My receipt says served by 6408 and is time stamped at 2:14 pm on 10/13/2026

I visited this Subway on Friday, August 15, and Ashley was absolutely wonderful! She was so nice and helpful while making my Footlong, with a great attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. I actually drive across town just to come to this location, because unlike other Subways where staff can sometimes have an attitude or won’t accept coupons.

I came in and the worker was just sitting on there phone and after I sat there and waited for them I had to go get them and tell them I was wanting to order and then when I told them the bread I wanted she/he rolled there eyes and where very rude. She/he was in here last time I came with my friend and was also rude then. Honestly will not come back here because of the poor customer service.

This Subway used to be good, but in the last two months the service and quality of food has declined drastically. They’re constantly out of something, be it ingredients, toppings, bread, or anything else. One order we paid extra for avocado and received none.

This one is so close to home but honestly we will be taking our business elsewhere.

There is no reason on earth why this bread should be this hard! It take 50 plus chews to swallow it! Might as well be chewing gum! Highly disappointed! Very clean restaurant and nice staff but food a negative
