Had to change the location i went to due to rude staffing at another one. Came to this location the staff was friendly informative and very helpful. Helped me make my sandwich the way i wanted it. Thank you for amazing service will be back

Today on November 4, 2025 I arrived at location 826 Broadway Dr, Hattiesburg MS 39401. The doors were locked and the open sign was not on. I seen a lady putting bread in the oven & seemingly ignoring the customers (myself) and a Caucasian lady at the door. The employee eventually came to the door and unlocked it. The employee stated “I have a truck in the back and I am the only one here and I am not making sandwiches at this time”. While speaking to me the employee let the Caucasian lady in the door. So I asked the employee why could the Caucasian lady come in the restaurant but not me? The employee stated “she is not getting a sandwich she’s just here for something different”. So I then asked the employee what time does she plan on opening the restaurant back up and she stated “In about 30 mins”. The employee proceeded to lock the door back even though business hours on the door clearly stated open 8am on Tuesday. I was denied customer service & entrance at a time when store operations was clearly within operating hours.I am outraged!!! And since the employee was not wearing a name tag I am not sure what her name is, however she wore glasses & one ponytail and she was Caucasian and looked to be in her 40’s-50’s.

At 6 pm, I went to pick up 5 Subways on Broadway Drive in Hattiesburg, MS, my mom ordered online yesterday, May 2nd. ALL 5 sandwiches were messed up! Both chicken bacon ranch sandwiches were extremely had no peppercorn ranch, only half the chicken, and no bacon. One of the Philly sandwiches had none of the condiments requested just meat and cheese. Another Philly had more stuff that was requested but not the same as the other. The last Philly was supposed to have spinach but had lettuce instead and no Garlic Aoli.. Never going there again.

Watched a lady, right before me, get a salad made. Watched her even discuss with the subway employee about the dressing in her salad, watched this “salad” made for two people….now, my turn in line, i( due to dental work) requested a “salad with finely chopped lettuce due to…you guessed it..dental work, and was told point blank …” we donts do salads”…..guess I’m the wrong customer for a item I just watched made twice.

Staff ignored me and continued to talk to each other. Laughing and carrying on. No one greeted me. After standing and waiting for a long time, staff finally asked me what I would like. I then let them know I have a coupon and they said the coupon "thing" isnt working. So I left. Wasted my time for nothing. Not coming back to this location any time soon. Good luck.

Leaving as I'm making this review. It is a Tuesday at 9:15 and the store says they are out of meat. So they are cleaning and closing. The store does not close until 10 and this location has made it a pattern to do this

DON'T TRUST this location with curbside pick up or any other mobile order. They will skim through the details and rush it out. Ordered two combo meals through curbside pickup, and the worker only gave me the subs. I had to go inside to get the drinks and cookies. Then later, I found out that both of the subs are missing cheese, and one is missing some of the toppings while the other is missing MOST of them. If you choose to order from this location, go inside and watch them make your sandwiches.

The food is good it’s subway let’s be honest but if the place says the close at 10 close at the right time not 30 to 45mins early then have an attitude on top of it!!!

I would give it a 1 star, but the young man being trained by the unfriendly manager was doing the best he could. Had a mobile order, somewhat difficult, maybe she should have monitored him. I didn't want to make it hard on him, so I let him make the sandwiches the best way he could. We got the sandwiches that had more meat, but clearly, they were more bread than meat. The meat was missing. The manager training the young man was very standoffish. She was talking at him, and her communication and tone were inappropriate. This was the go-to Subway back in the days, and I know times are changing, but her demeanor was awful. I hope her personality doesn't rub off on those she works with.

Doing this review as I stand in the store. I ordered online 40 minutes prior to coming in and my order still was not ready. This instead of making my order she proceeds to make 5 other peoples order in front of mine that came after me. Last time at this location!

Absolute terrible management. Out of most drink options (fountain and bottle) and out of all the cookie options. The rude manager was in the back while a singular young lady tries her best to keep up with the line. The a/c hasn’t worked there all summer and you can see the look of sadness on the employees faces. Needs better management
