The staff here changes so frequently and I’m not sure if it’s due to poor customer service or the employees just being so young but I’ve had a few experiences with some staff where it was obvious that they didn’t have the proper training on how to gift service with a smile. It’s still a great subway and the food is always delicious and we have to stop in here once or twice a week for my daughter to get her subway fix!

Used to be great, but has declined significantly in the past few months. No longer will take Call in orders. When you try to go through the drive-through it takes forever. Last time I came through I tipped for a sandwich that was never made. I sat and watched them talk while the workers back was to me. No one ever started making the order I had to flag them down to get a refund. I used to eat here 2 to 3 days a week after picking my child up from school, but now I will no longer attempt this location

This place is a total mess! I ordered a roast beef sub, but when I finally got home and opened it up, I found a chicken sandwich inside. It was 8:30, and I was all set to enjoy dinner with my family, but I can't eat chicken! This ruined my evening, and it looked like they mixed up orders for others too. I tried calling them repeatedly, but nobody picked up. It's infuriating that I have to deal with their mistakes and waste my valuable time and gas on this nonsense.

They were running this subway like the damn navy. I was in and out in fifteen minutes even though there were about ten people in line in front of me when I walked in. There’s no such thing as unskilled labor and this subway proved it. They deserve more than $8 an hour.

It's been several years since I ate here. An incident between two employees really turned me off. One employee named Jolene (I asked) was very nasty to another employee in front of me and another customer. When I asked to speak to the manager I was surprised to learn that the manager was the one being talked to very nastily in a very unprofessional way. When I asked why customers had to be subjected to this, the manager apologized but said as a shift manager she wasn't really allowed to tell Jolene what to do, that the owner considered them all equal, but that she could discuss it with the owner or I could. In the following week I tried calling and speaking to the owner but he was never available. I I ate there again about a week later and asked to speak to the manager and was told she had quit because she was being forced to work with that person who had received no reprimand whatsoever. I was once again told the owner was unavailable. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Sandwich was ok... I ordered two subs toasted.... They got in a hurry I guess, mine was not cut in half and they did not toast either sandwich. And BAM like everywhere else it was over $20for 2 to dine.

Very Clean Store, Nice Staff , the bread I got was old However I did stop by Walmart and picked up some French bread and switched out my bread .

I have ordered a curbside order from this Subway multiple times. The only other time I’ve had any issues was when the worker said it didn’t come up on their side that I had checked in. I chalked this up to a system error.Today I did a curbside. I waited an extra ten minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and handed to me because it was around lunch time and I get that they’re busy. I called to let them know that I had arrived. The worker said “oh, I guess he just thought you’d be coming in.” I said, “no, ma’am. I chose curbside on the app.”The “he” she was referring to who I assume is the owner or manager comes out with my food and tells me that they are short staffed and they do their curbside through the drive thru.So I’m supposed to get in line behind all the folks who ordered after me, wait for them to get their food before I get mine? They also were not short staffed. I rarely ever see a Subway with FOUR workers.Again I’ve ordered curbside from this location multiple times and it was brought out to me. Don’t offer something on the app if you aren’t going to actually do it. The app expressly tells you to wait in your car… it even asks you to put a color of your car./rant
