As a student at usm, I understand it can get packed. But when the grubhub order says there’s “three people” in line, I assume I can order and eat before my class. I waited in like for 30 minutes after grubhub said it was ready on the app, only to watch my half made sandwich sit on the counter for 20 minutes. I couldn’t even eat before my lab. I had to wait 3 hours for me to eat my lunch, which I was told I would be able to eat at least 30 minutes before. But don’t get me wrong, the workers are sweet.

Just Grubhubed an order and they put none of the veggies or sauce I asked for. They literally just gave me meat and cheese and charged me $23 for it

My son's attended the recent concert as part of the invited guest band. They were told to bring money with them for dinner, and their options would be 2 on campus restaurants. They both chose Subway. Unfortunately, they were not informed ahead of time nor by the employee, or by clearly placed signage, that cash was not accepted at this location. So once their sandwiches were made, and it came time to pay, the employee then informed them it was card only. They had to search out someone who wouldn't mind using their own card for the $20 each of my sons had. Also unfortunately, doing this caused them to lose money since nobody had change to break a $20. It was either this or go hungry. Other kids were left in the same dilemma. Why do you not take cash?! Absolutely ridiculous

Literally didn’t know what ranch is and put mayonnaise instead. Rolled up my sandwich with Mayo on her hands getting it all over the outside of my sandwich

Slow, awful, inattentive service. A shame since subway is one of my favorite places to eat. But I just can’t deal with the constant wrong orders and how it takes 20 minutes to order a sandwich. This was not even a one time occurrence
