This particular subway has some ladies working there that argued me up & down that they charged me correctly. When it says a MEAL DEAL does this not include chips & drink? They insisted they are to ring me up for chips & drinks even though they come with the meal deal. OMG I really feel like I got more dumb just by standing there. She insisted she did not ring me up for drinks but yes for the two bags of chips. Funny thing is they were out of coke & barqs fountain! I had to make another separate purchase for a $3 20oz coke!!! Yet she sayin she gave me two drinks! There were no drinks just ice. She over charged me & told me just to come back the next day. Guess she didnt want to deal with it🤷🏻‍♀️ completely impressed they have a job at all! How does one buy one meal deal 6” & then another 6” spicy Italian with chips spend right at $25? Besides they only put pepperoni on my Italian 🤦🏻‍♀️and Swiss instead of pepperjack I asked for. They’re just doin what they like, NeverMind what you order! Messy dining room, wrong food, and terrible service!

Parking: Parking is along side of the gas station it is attached to.

Kid-friendliness: Not too much. Nothing there for kids. Random pep hanging around outside as the workers ran out to talk to the pep back n forth

The morning manager(African American woman) that is always there early mornings has the best customer service! Ever! Not all Subways have managers or associates who smile, speak, and interact with customers. This store does! Thank you to the entire team at this store location. You all are great?

The guy with the arm tattoos cares about what he’s doing. The “lady,” (I use this term very loosely), with the dried out afro has the worst attitude possible. Her level of hair moisture matches her customer service skills. Both are exceptionally dry! Thankfully, the food was good.

The only reason I went to subway was to get one of those long cookies but they were out so I asked for the cinnamon bread thing and they also were put of those so I ended up paying $10 for a 6" sub that I didn't even eat 1 bite of. That just goes to show you that no matter how many times I've been served proper im gonna give a lame review based on 1 experience. DON'T PLAY WITH MY COOKIES!!!

This has to be one of the worst Subways in Hattiesburg! The customer service is horrible. The two ladies working the day shift (week day) are very snappy and unprofessional. One of them actually had the nerve to tell me I had enough salt on my sandwich when I ask for a little more. The other one has been there a while I can tell and she is very snappy when you are explaining what sandwich you want. I have never seen anything like it.

We tried to cancel our online order because we ordered at wrong location, the phone line stayed busy while trying to cancel order before it was made . We ended up driving 30 minutes more and subway person said that we could not get a refund for food that was stolen. They did not check confirmation number when the person picked up our food. I hope that the owner of this store sees this, they don't need to put food out for anyone to pick up anymore, they need to have it behind the counter.
