I know this Taco Bell has a bad rep, but this is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. The employees have always been super nice when I actually go in the physical location. I mostly DoorDash my orders and they still typically do a good job never stingy.! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Drive-thru experience, was extremely rushed and lacked customer service. When you’re a parent with small kids, who are indecisive and picky, it’s takes a minute for minds to be made up. Pull up to the intercom, I said “give me 1 minute” the girl in the other end says “1 minute” in a sassy kind of way and then says “order when you’re ready”. Didn’t mean that at all because 20 seconds later she’s like you ready yet. No, I’m not. 10 seconds later, same question. Then a white male comes on “ma’am are you ready yet”….no, I’m not. But order when I’m ready, right? When I get to the window to pay, I ask the cashier what the rush is for and she says “we have to get customers in and out by 4 minutes”. That’s ridiculous! Definitely doesn’t make me want to come back nor recommend to anyone else. Also, I checked my bag to make sure everything was in there, when I glanced in the window I got an ugly look from this older black lady. Ma’am, I just spent $39, I’m checking my damn bag. Lastly, the lemonade taste like water, I don’t know if that was done on purpose but you can tell it’s been watered down. Let’s do better

I opened the meal as soon as I left the drive through. It was on its side in the bag. The guy that took my money was very pleasant. The girl that handed me my order said nothing. I said thank you twice. She said nothing. Big girl she was, maybe felt bad

Worst Taco Bell around. Ordered on the app and still ended up having to wait for ever for my food. Got home and didn’t get everything. And what I did was mushy and disgusting.

charged us for someone else’s order and it was incredibly difficult to get a refund or the food that we had originally ordered. absolutely horrible service and no evidence of helpfulness nor kindness. this was, additionally, after we had asked to have 2 ordered and they said it was not allowed, so not everyone could get their food. they are losing business, stealing money, and giving us really bad tacos. can’t a girl get a taco at 11pm?

Got me a 7 dollar Luxembourg meal split with my wife ,was filling for both of us ,when walked in there was a slight smell ,but may have been bathrooms since there right inside the restaurant

I don't expect much from Taco Bell and they deliver. The food is... Well, Taco Bell. The drink selection sucks if you're a coke person. Why don't they have Mr. Pibb at least? I think they get confused on orders which is why there's always a line in drive-thru. I'll go back because my guys like it, but I'll never be impressed.

I experienced an extremely long wait despite having observed the staff member as I approached to place my order. Instead of attending to me, she chose to step outside for some reason. To add to the frustration, I was charged for a drink that was supposed to be included with my meal, which felt unnecessary and irritating. After that, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my food to arrive. This experience has convinced me that I’ll be opting for online orders in the future to avoid these hassles.
