Only ordered 2 soft tacos and a small drink inside. Waited 15 min for it. The workers were all quiet, no one communicating with each other or the customers. My to go bag was plopped on the counter right next to another customer’s. Their name and mine were called at exactly the same time, and we had to dig through the bags to see whose was whose bc again no workers would talk to any of the customers. My adult daughter unexpectedly came to Taco Bell too, a few min after I’d eaten 1 of my tacos. She ordered and sat with me while she waited. After about 20 min she got up to see if her order was made and on the counter. No, so came back. 5 min later, she checked again . No. At 30 min I got up and asked a female worker if Damien’s order was ready or had gotten lost in the system or something. She literally looked at me, walked past me, looked on a screen, and walked back to where they originally were standing at a food prep counter near the drive thru window. Never said a word to me as I stood waiting maybe another 30 seconds in silence looking at her. My daughter left after giving them about $10 for absolutely no food, just the fountain drink. We will never eat here again!

I originally went through the drive through and attempted to give them the code for points… she had an attitude… I kept repeating my self. Then she yelled that she couldn’t hear me.. When she finally said “ 🙄go head with you order”
I told her I wanted 2x of the “ cheesy dipping burrito” she puts “2x bean and rice burrito” they worked on a DoorDash order, had a conversation about whatever they were talking about then decided to start my order.
They gave me the food without my cup.had to repeat my self quite a few times before someone else gave me the cup. Customer service training is needed here food is the only thing that saved them from a one star. Hot and fresh.
