They act like we're stupid when we tell them the order is wrong. We were even told tonight that our receipt was incorrect and that what they gave us was right. It wss a mobile order. The worst location I've ever been to I'm a dancer went there to pick up an order and the night crew so rude ignored me and then lied to me saying my order was already made after I sat there an hour and a half waiting on it and that they going to say somebody must have took it and then refused to remake my order but they were lying about it because they didn't want to make it because they're so rude I'm calling corporate and they're being nasty over there touching money then touching the food do not go to Taco Bell off Hardy Street

9/20/25 these guys and ladies did a fantastic job tonight about 6:30 o’clock.. service was great food was great. I had a special order Mexican pizza. it was just like I wanted it. 10 out of 10 I usually order off the value menu. But tonight I was able to splurge. It was a special event night. And they did not disappoint. Thank you.

First and LAST time I ever eat here!! The workers ignored me as I was trying to order inside yes they saw me and decided to not say anything. I eventually ordered through the kiosk. They claimed to be out of mild but I saw the guy give some to the drive thru. The food was absolutely disgusting! Couldn’t eat it my burrito the rice was hard and beans were OLD AND GRITTY. My husband couldn’t eat it either. We just wanted food after a 1000 miles trip and that’s what we get! DO NOT EAT HERE!
