The biscuits are big, flaky and delicious. The sausage gravy is seasoned well. The sausage is hand-pattied and cooked on the flat top, has a good crust.
Eggs are cooked to order. Pancakes are fluffy. The butter is good and better than the single serve packets. Hashbrowns need to be ordered crispy.
Omelettes are made with skill and come in multiple varieties.

Finally, this is a town gathering spot. Comfortable, relaxed and you may see someone you know even if you’re from out of town.
They have coffee and mixed drinks!

This is the kind of place you’d hope to stumble across and be pleasantly surprised. Even if you never stumble. Great food, reasonable prices , friendly atmosphere that’s not overbearing and a clean restroom. Breakfast menu is a win.
Great building and love the historical nature of all the photos. The staff we interacted with were fantastic and that part was enjoyable. The food? There are a lot better places to go. It’s not worth the wait but I guess if you want to visit once go for it.
